Previous ones like "You bought a bunch of Pro Bundles so you get X reward" or "X is free but since you already own X, here's Y instead" are transparent. This time around, especially after reading the some of the comments, I have no idea what's going on.

I've been using store credit for most of my purchases for at least a year, taking advantage of great discount offers to refill it even before it gets low, (until recently, anyway,) and I've still gotten special offers based on my spending. I didn't purchase the Kala 8 Pro bundle, saving that credit for a male bundle instead, and I still got a special offer for Elios 8, "Daz would like to thank you for your previous purchases of Pro Bundles…"

Then I really have no idea what the discount offer for Elios correlates with or why I didn't receive one. I have every G8 Pro Bundle except for Latonya 8. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Have you checked your messages? I got an Elios 8 offer for $70 worth of free stuff (instead of the $40) but I never saw the banner because it was covered up with the Victoria bonus offer.

Yep, Put everything in my cart to figure out what it would cost with the extra 20% off and it came to roughly $60. Removed it all and bought a $60 gift certificate with the 20% savings which cost me $48 and then put everything back in my and applied the extra 20% again and it worked. So I was able to get the pro bundle, 4 items and $70 worth of freebies (with my Elios savings) for $48 US using the certificate. Now because I had to pay $CAD it cost me $66 CAD but that is a huge savings for me and well worth it. Especially since most of my renders are mythos based anyway and his items are right up my alley. Thank you Daz

Not sure about that.  I don't buy like I used to at all but I got that discount.  Made my getting the Elios Pro Bundle quite affordable. :-)

Yeah Mine is VICTORIA-10 but with 20% apparently now but I never got that banner as still had old one or the Elios one, but in messages have one too, not going to make much difference though as I am utterly broke

Content is specific to the version for Victoria 3 and 4 (there are converters for some things). Each has its own shape and textures

So Victoria is free in all her incarnations. But is there any reason to get a Victoria 3, for example, when there is a Victoria 8? Is 8 all that a 3 could be and more? Or are there instances when a 3 figure can do things an 8 can't?  (I've never figured out their numbering system.)

Spent about $250 during that week, and got 10%. But I am af frequent buyer, usually at least 3 purchases a week.
