Yeah, I wasted loads of hours looking into a similar problem when I first ran into it, before finding the culprit. I haven't had a chance to dig into this one further, but at first glance I couldn't find any non-zero or hidden morph causing it. Weirdly, re-installing the G9 essentials & expansion fixed it (or triggered something that fixed it) for some scenes, but not others. If I can't figure it out I'll post some pics, it's a weird one.

As @Gordig has mentioned, Body Burns uses a custom UV Map that ensures the surfaces have an even density, allowing more detail without creating seams. The resulting maps are 8K since they cover the entire body. As such, you will need to transfer those maps into Genesis 8 or 8.1 UVs and then manually layer things in DAZ Studio using the Layered Image Editor and then grab the baked images and save them somewhere or layering them in a 2D Editor of your choice. Here's a great video that goes over how to use the map Transfer within DAZ Studio:

As to your DAZ Studio being unable to render, that isn't product-specific AFAIK. There is a thread about it here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/50434/unable-to-render-renderer-is-already-in-use

If your system still struggles with rendering the Burns in DAZ, try lowering the SubD of the character down to 3. If you lower it further, you might as well dial out the HD Burn Morphs (because they do require SubD3 or 4 to show at all) and just use the textures; you can try playing with the displacement settings instead to get more of a texture.

the animations are mostly just long sections of text in the duf of transforms

dforce on the other hand saves vertex information as are imported objects

my 1K+ scene files are all under 400MB BTW the ones over 100MB are Dforce sims over 100's of frames

Because I used to have 38K+ morph assets (properties) on a single G8F and they were saved with keyframes and the vertices position data of all dForce garments on the figure was stored with each keyframe as well..

Then after that time, I knew how to "optimize" the selection of Property Types on the timeline...

I thought that Krampus would make a cool centaur, so that's the first thing I tried, with Centaur 3. I wasn't sure how well they would fit together. I needed the Draft Horse morph at 100% plus dialing down the Krampus morph a lot to make the centaur/man join match. Since it was a test I just grabbed a random polearm, belt (to conceal that join), and ground from my runtime and used one of my own photos for the backdrop. I suspect it's just the effect of the reversal - it is often going to distort rigid items. If you want it only on the modified shape you could just load that as a morph and not worry too much about how it looked blank; if you want greate flexibility you could export that as OBJ, tidy it up, and rerig the result (then load your original mesh for the morph you originally modelled around)

Out Of Touch hairs? There is aknown issue in Iray with having a map assigned to transmitted Colour, which soem of their custom shader materials do - they ahve updated many but some are not, and the isntallation order and method can mean those old files are the ones used.

Actually, if the figure uses the same bone names, a pose will work. Accidentally applying a V3 pose to G8F is what made me look at this. Some bones were unaffected, others had the correct bend value (even if not necessarily looking the same because of zero offsets), and  that eventually led to my pose transfer scripts.

Thank you.  I just went ahead and created them in ZBrush so I have all three now.  Just need to remember how I get to those areas to drag and drop into the right lines to make each blink morph (full, left and right) work along with the main blink morph.  Sorry to be a pita I'm just SO RUSTY at all this.  Thanks for your help!
