This might sound noob, but how can I apply morphs to D3/M3 in Daz Studio 4.9?
If you apply the "All Head" injection, do you get any sliders in Parameters?
I get no sliders from any morph that I inject!
This might sound noob, but how can I apply morphs to D3/M3 in Daz Studio 4.9?After applying the morph injection, did you go to the Parameters pane to dial in the morph?
Yes, but there was no slider!
How did you install - Daz Install Manager?
Yes, I have been using it since I became active user again about 3 months ago!

What am I doing wrong???Ok so I'm new at 3D art, and also i'm still learning as I go along. However with my lastest project trying to create armor and clothing for Genesis2 and genesis3 figures im having a bit of an issue. I model in Zbrush, and again with that im still learning to model as well, but basically after I model any clothing in zbrush I goz back to daz studio; and no matter what I do my modelled clothes after using transfer utility I get hideous results. Ok in image1 you can see I start out with the basic Genesis 3 female figure and transfer it to zbrush. Image2 explains how im transferring the figure to zbrush. So after I have modelled a very basic piece of body armor for my (wonder woman) genesis 3 figure I goz it back to daz studio shown in image3 and in image4. I convert the armor to sub division surface and it transfers to daz studio flawlessly (at least I think it does).. shown in image5. My next step I convert the prop to figure shown in image6 and adjust rigging to shape in image7 and in image8. Next I apply smoothing modifier in shown in image9. After Im finished with that I use the transfer utility to my figure. My process using transfer utility is shown in (image10,11,12,13,14,). After transfer utility, my armor is set to my genesis 3 model; but however after I use a simple pose I end up with what is shown in image15, and as I apply any body morph I get horrible results shown in image16. I have watched several tutorials none of them have explained my issue so i figured I'll try to ask the professionals as to what i'm doing wrong or forgetting to do for this matter? Thanks.

Please see this thread for info: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/3279/acceptable-ways-of-handling-nudityNeed More Face Morphs For GF3 and GM3Dogz's 200+ Morphs for G3F is definitely the set I use the most for morphing the head/face- but I don't use the female models as much as the male models, and I'm dying for a G3M version. It's such an amazingly versatile, powerful set of morphs! G3M has several general face morph sets out now, but none of them so far have added the variety of face/head width options that Dogz's did, and that specifically is what I'm really, really looking for, now that adjusting the height/depth/width of the head is no longer possible with X/Y/Z Scale dials. (Of course, the rest of the morphs in that set are amazing, also, and I use a bunch of them!) I've been trying to use D-Formers for it, but I haven't figured out how to 'lock' them in place on the head/face for posing (I'm completely self-taught so I pretty much just blindly fumble my way through everything I need to learn, haha- it could be that I'm missing something very obvious there).
To be honest, I've been holding back on purchasing content for G3M because of the lack of head morphs, which is a shame, because the incredible flexibility (literally- beautiful bends compared to even G2!) of the figures is great, and some of the things coming out for him are really cool. He just isn't as useful to me as G2M is without it, though. For now, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a 200+ Morphs for G3M from Dogz (and maybe a GenX2 version/add-on for G3 from Dimension3D!).
Product for using Genesis2Female skin on Victoria 4.2?If you have "V4 for Genesis 2" you could use Map Transfer in DS to convert the textures.
Where is a good site to commission custom daz genesis morphs? Thanks for the feed back laylo 3d chohole. Actually any genesis figure. And any kind of human based morph. Im trying to transition to being a freelance Daz content creator on a custom and product basis starting with sculpted morphs.Daz Studio Pro BETA - version 4.9.2.70! - Released - (*UPDATED*)Added mirroring and attenuation options to Morph Loader Pro
More info please! This looks useful if I think it is what it is!
Daz_soon is when you're gonna get the more info. :)
All joking aside, it would be nice to know.
Lilith 6 Pro Bundle BargainFor me, the hair and Francesca dress, plus some skins, makes it worthwhile, even if I never use the skimpware or basic morph/skin.
Most of the other stuff I already own outright or own the bits I care about, so hey.
This might sound noob, but how can I apply morphs to D3/M3 in Daz Studio 4.9?I reinstalled the model and now I'm able to morph the head. I'll load more morphs later to test if everything is working correctly and post the results later. Thanks!
Creature creator for M4/V4 is not morphing the face. The head morphs are on the head bone, not on the figure (mostly - the Exo morph affects both head and body from the figure node). I can't recall if this is the way they have always been or if there used to be master dials that set both body and head.
That worked nicelly. Now I just need some zombie skin. Do you know of any?

This might sound noob, but how can I apply morphs to D3/M3 in Daz Studio 4.9?Where are you double-clicking? The base morph injections add the morph to the figure but they don't set its value, you need to do that in the Parameters pane.
G3M Muscle MorphsNo it is not just you. The Flexion morph requires a bit of experimenting and the best setting will depend on just how muscle bound the character's shape is to begin with.
Creature creator for M4/V4 is not morphing the face.Yes sure! I checked everything, creature creator morphs and every morph I have.
This might sound noob, but how can I apply morphs to D3/M3 in Daz Studio 4.9?You may need to Inject the morphs first, from the Pose Library (e.g. !David AllMrph INJ), though most characters came with INJ poses that handled that.
How can I do that? Just double click over the morph I want to apply? That's not working!
How to use "select morph vertices" on parameters tabIt's there only if the Geometry Editor or Node Weight Paint Brush tool is active - it is another way (of which I was not aware) to select geoemtry, but it doesn't in itself allow modifying a morph.
Offering a commission for a Genesis morphHi, I know im a bit late on the subject but im fluent in mudbox and zbrush for detailed morph creation. If u have any future projects in mind for human based morphs, im ur man. Check out my gallery on here when u get a chance to give u an idea of my skill level. How to use "select morph vertices" on parameters tabHi,
There is a selection in the menu for the parameters tab that says "select morph vertices".
I'm *hoping* that this enables you to limit the effects of a morph to just those vertices but if it's true I can't get it to work.
Has anyone played with this and knows how to get it to work (assuming that *is* what it's for)?
Or.... can one of the DAZ heavyweights step in and list the steps please?
bump maps with iray render dont seem to workcurrent settings is bump strength is at its max, at 200% and positive bump is at 100000.
so im not sure if the value is still low?
Umm....so you want to look like the item is raised 2 kilometers?
The amount is in centimeters! 200% strength means 2x that amount.
Also, is the item in question actually using an Iray material? There is no guarantee that an auto-converted material will correctly transfer the bump map, especially if the original material is not using the Daz Default shader.
