If I saw a ridiculous pop-up like that I would never click on it, plus since the site that was displaying it to me appeared to be on the sketchy side (otherwise they wouldn't show that stuff) so I would never go back to that site or forum. How many customers have you lost, Daz?

Daz does support on the PA products, so you will need to submit a ticket. If the PA posts to the forum you can see if there is a commercial thread on the product so you can PM them.

I just bought 6 of the Iradiance HDRI packs and I have no idea how to find it unless I search for it on the content file. What I want to do if find which folder each pack is in and move them to another folder where I can easily find them. How can I do that?

UPDATE: I just found I could download the folder as a zip file so I can manually install it. But I'm not sure how to do that. Any help will be appreciated.

I agree that this is completely unacceptable. Who knows where that "Next" goes or what it does? It is deceptive. By the way, I was so disgusted, I emptied my cart of my one item I had in there. I haven't "purchased" anything but Daz+ freebies for weeks now, and it appears that the trend will continue.

There are still too many things at the store that I want, so I'm putting up with it for now, but even I emptied a cart a couple of days ago. I had to work late and didn't have a lot of time before midnight to shop the day's deals, and as minutes wound down, and I wasn't finding quite the right last item for the cart, I got so annoyed - by many things, but one of those things was from trying to navigate (on a desktop computer with a decently large monitor, mind you) around all these [blank] ads everywhere - that I emptied the cart and haven't bought anything since.

Hanging out at the Daz store, forums and galleries used to be something I did for fun - a ray of fun, a few minutes of escapism, in an otherwise often-stressed existence. Please, Daz PTB, don't take that away. I'm starting to get the sense that I'm here out of habit (or addiction) rather than fun.

Yeah, now the link shows many more items, but yes, the entries look very unappealing, and their names are frustrating as well (most don't list the generations etc.). It makes me feel like I stepped into some of the other stores that look, well, not as professional. One of the pulls to Daz for me is that the promo pictures are most often top notch (or at least clear and professional).

Touchable Cutie Winter Hat is still showing itself as the required item, but the description suggests that it should be Cutie Winter Hat by lilflame.

When I navigate to Daz AI Studio, it tells me I'm on the free plan with an option to upgrade. So obviously the added premium benefits, such as being able to select the different aspect ratios, are grayed out. It was all perfectly fine on my laptop last night. But it's not showing premium on my desktop. 

I put in a ticket as I noticed on this forum someone else might be experiencing a similar issue. They subscribed on one device, but cannot use premium on another (their Android in this case). I definetly have to thank you for putting out this forum post aha  I was feeling a little disheartened looking at the sales today, I make the shaders myself and Destiny is my render artist, so a month of working on my own was looking like it wasn't going to do so well, but seeing your post made me feel like I hadn't wasted my time  you really cheered me up today so I just wanted to drop a thanks aha 

I know they're marketed as wallpaper shaders, but some of those would work really well for ceiling textures as well. (One of them in particular reminds me of what my parents had done at their house.) :)

Are you running ad blockers? Is your browser set to delete cookies (if you have to log in every tiem that sounds possible)?

I feel you. Sorry to see you go, but I will wait out my Support ticket first, then decide. It's either DASZ will answer with the SDK download or I leave.
