I put in for a refund for my entire order of old products bought tonight - not one single item appeared in my dim and from the looks of it the only options being offered to download is central and or manual zip both which don't use actually one is zip only though on their pages dim is listed

That's weird, the large purchase of older items I made a few hours ago are all showing up in DIM.

tried several times without any luck, not been having a lot of luck lately with purchases had a lot of stuff not showing up in right locations or missiing files or other problems these were new releases too but tonight bought bunch of pretty old I think content well other add on content poses I didn't get are from the Michael/Vicky 4 days

Did your products ever show up in DIM? I just made a purchase about 10 minutes ago and none of the purchased products from that lastest order are showing up in DIM for me.

The problem with DIM should be fixed now:

This should all be fixed now, if you log back in to DIM/DazCentral/Daz Connect it should have all of your latest purchases in it.

It appears what caused this was the primary web servers rebooting during a backup operation and then when they came back online the startup script for the process that syncronizes the product ownership between the web servers and the file transfer servers ran before the networking came up so it failed out instead of running.

We have fixed that error so it shouldn't happen again, even if the machines reboot unexpectidly during a backup operation.

On the other hand, I'm not seeing any changes to the Product Libary; Just the unhelpful bit about Daz Central.

I got the same canned response as the rest of you. However, canned responses may have more to do with the volume of trouble tickets than anything else. And there is nothing CS can do but relay our messages to those making the decisions. (That doesn't mean it won't help if you respond to those with comment to the effect you're not satisfied. It might help; It might not. Who knows?)

We know someone from Daz is paying attention to this thread because we got a response from DAZ_Rawb. But don't assume posting here is sufficient. If you want to get the attention of the decision makers, you need to file a ticket and let them know exactly how the changes impact your experience with the website and using Daz Studio… Politely, if you want to be taken seriously.

It may turn out that this is all temporary, that the Daz Central blurb is a placeholder while they make changes to the store software. If so, I wish they would just tell us. I understand not wanting to announce an upcoming feature or product so the competition isn't getting a head start on competing with said feature or product. But letting the customer base know an unpopular website change is temporary, (if it is,) is not going to give any competitors a leg up. It's far more likely some of the customer base will move to the competition as they feel their needs are being completely disregarded. And that will give the competition a leg up!

Happened to me as well after 30th.  my purchased content no longer synced to my Daz center, sure I can mannually install it, but use them in Daz liberay would be a pain, I'd like them to be in my smart content page. 

Follow the earlier instructions to get DIM to recognize them so they can be installed properly after manual download.

Installing through DIM will give you the Smart Content. It doesn't matter how the package got there, as long as it goes through a recognized process (DIM, DAZ Central, DAZ Connect). The smart part comes from the product's metadata, which gets entered using any installation method (except manually copying the contents of the zip into the content folders). Just stick with your normal method, this problem will be resolved soon enough, if it hasn't already.

If you look at the product icon in the products tab of Smart Content a DIM (or Daz Central) install will be in colour but will have a solid triangle in a circle at top-right, and if you right-click on it you will see the Install option; If there is no triangle, and right-click has an uninstall option, it was a Connect install.

Again, thank you, Richard. I think it was a connect install, then. But what significance has that?

If there is a Connect install DS will try to use those files even if you make an instalaltion with DIM/Daz Central/manually, so if there is a problem with the files DS will treat the whole thing as affected. My suspicion would be that the files did not decrypt on installation, trying to uninstall and reinstall through Connect (right-click menu) may help if so. One way to check is to open the log file and see if there are lines complaining about expecting [ or { for files related to the morphs.

Anybody purchased and found the stuff in DIM. My DIM has nothing new, neither todays new releases I bought nor the older freebies.

My DIM is refusing to show what I bought today. I've tried everything, even going to my order page. I've had to manually install them from Zip. I really don't want to use Central. 

No to both quesitons. It is a G8 character with newer outfit.

You may also check where the asset comes from, I mean the file path. Manual install always works, dim should work fine, daz connect needs its path added and some people seem to have issues with it, then there's daz central that I have no idea about.

Personally I do manual install only. That also works fine for third parties.

How did you install? That looks like a Connect (within DS) install that hasn't decrypted - note the lack of thumbnails. One option would be to uninstall in DS and reinstall via Install Manager or Daz Central, another would be to right-click on the product icon>browse to folder Location, then download the zip for the product (manually or through DIM, without isntalling), take everything from inside the Content folder of the zip, and place it in the 1_35031 folder so it overwrites the existing files. Whatever you do, please open a Techincal Support ticket to report the issue.

sorry didn't get back to last time had render going and was late, got one going now too but just loaded dim up to check and nope still not showing checked my email no response and no messages here or refunds only got the stanard got my complaint letter letter recieved at 8.26pm Sunday night Australian time now is 4pm Monday so guessing it's late Sunday evening now there? Playing Devil's Advocate with the virusand everything else there maybe the staff aren't availible as much which might explain the problems been getting with a lot of new releases too

It's large order (over 100 products) and not one of the products from that order has shown up in DIM. I don't know whether to wait and hope the order shows up in DIM or put in a support ticket or what.

Same for me, Daz to Unreal Bridge is visible in my product library from my account but not in DIM or Daz Central. Anyway thank you to the team for creating this bridge, because I can't wait to try it.

DIM is not working again, nothing i purchased has shown up in the ready to download list in the install manager, nor has it shown up in DAZ central, i have the order on my list and paid for in my account statement, seems i and can download the files manually but i would like to use the install manager as thats whats it's for, since i use both Install manager and DAZ Central i find them handy to track recent purchases without having to return to the site. Please Fix the DIM, i have submitted a help ticket and wait some kind of response, hopefully they fix the issue with the Install Manager not picking up recent orders. I have not had any issue with the 1436 previous downloads most of which i have fully interactive licensed to work with in my business, only todays purchases don't show up in the Manager i even tested the weekly freebies they don't show up either.

DazCentral uses the DIM core to download products, which means the same servers and product files. So the problems would indeed affect both.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to say that I am having the same problem as everyone else. I know that manual install is possible, but I just wanted to write as a way to express my dissatisfaction. Perhaps this will somehow have the right people fix the problem (?). I downloaded: 

Romantic Poses for Genesis 8 Female(s) and Male(s)

Winter Dweller for Genesis 8 Male(s)

Axel Hair for Genesis Male(s)

They do not show up in my Install Manager. Or if I happen to click Install To Manager, the product will show up in Install Manager but will fail to install. 

Anyway, I hope this problem gets fixed. I even downloaded Daz Central thinking it would solve the problem, but of course, it didn't.

Purchased RY Martha bundle and picked up a couple of freebies but unable to download through DIM or Daz Central... And so soon after I couldn't download Chloe last week for 18 hours... If the website wasn't taking our money you could be sure they would fix that as soon as they found out about it.

I bought the Workout Facility the other day, but I just can't get it to work no matter how many times I try to reinstall, use DIM or manual (it won't show in Central). Anyone have any ideas what could be going on please?
