Long and Full Beards Set Hair for Genesis 8 Male does not appear in DIM or manual downloads despite the sales page saying it should. It is Central only at the moment.

Seconded, I don't even remember buying that but apparently I did at some point. Was just able to manually download it on my first try.

Yes, you should. Heaven only knows when they'll get to it -- I'm sure they're completely buried in tickets -- but it's not clear how many people experiencing issues have filed tickets on TOA Ryder (I didn't, both because I have TOA Ryder downloaded and available years ago, and since I wasn't having the issue originally described, though a different one has come up). They can't know about something if they haven't been told. Also, given that the issue now is that the download file itself is missing, when it gets fixed for one person it will probably get fixed for everyone.

It has been a few days now that DIM isn't seeing any of my new purchases. Any suggestions?

I'm running 1.4.0.67. The final log entries give some hints:

2020-11-08 09:27:20.275 Network Error during authentication.
2020-11-08 09:27:20.275 Unable to parse purchased products
2020-11-08 09:27:20.275 Invalid JSON formatting while processing purchased items.

DIM says I am logged in, but the above indicates a problem. There are no other errors in the log file, nor does DIM display any errors during login. 

Ideas?

Nothing is even showing up for me in DIM. I just bought a brand new computer and have been trying to install all my assets and it just sits there blank. It only showed like the G8 essentials and stuff you get when you download Daz, but nothing I've bought is showing up. It's all showing up in smart content as gray boxes, but I'm not going to double click on thousands of items to install them, I want to set it up in DIM and walk away for a couple of hours. Then I downloaded central having never tried that before really and again, my library doesn't show up. I don't know what to do.

After two hours of racking my brain, I just turned DIM on again and everything is showing up...I have no idea what the issue was but I'm going to download everything before it disappears again lol. 

Check your DIM configuration first!!! Make sure the download and install directories are set to where you want them. Daz central in particular will muck with your DIM settings, so be careful.

Interesting aside for those who are interested in interesting asides: I noticed an interesting note in the 'Other Names' column regarding Bayswater on the Wikipedia List of London Underground stations page which noted "Bayswater (Queensway): 1946– suffix gradually dropped". This was actually done one letter per month over the year in question so, for example, on April 1st 1946 the station was officially known as "Bayswater (Queens". Or so my Little Book Of Interesting Mornington Crescent Asides tells me.

So was the QueensW of Bayswater Queensw anything like "Tresspassers W" which might have been short for Tresspassers William?

It was a problem at least two or three weeks before the change. It could be related to what happened when many users suddenly had hundreds of Legacy and Ps files appear in their download lists around the same time.

ISSUE 1:

Hi everyone. Here is the issue. I buy 3 model from DAZ store. 2 of them (Gou Luk Bundle, Christable HD for Genesis 8 Female) was downloaded succesfully without any problems via DAZ Central. But i can not download model number 3 (Grace Yong and Grace Yong Hair for Genesis 8 Female). I was trying to download it from Daz Central - nothing happened (I click on "Install" button and download started on 0%. After some time it does not move anywhere and "Install" button appear again). DAZ Install Manager does not work either (It is writing "Download error"). Direct linc to download the product working for some time, and after some it is writing "Network error" and when i resume it same thing keep happenenig. In the attachment you will see error code from downloading file that i was able to catch. I was trying to download it from my phone and from other PCs - Same result (I was sharing download link, because i can not login to my account even from my personal phone. I will addres this in the ISSUE 2).
Please someone help me to download this file, because i need it today.
ISSUE 2:
When i am trying to login to my DAZ account (website) via my phone or any other computer it is keep showing login screen and no further explanations about what to do. Even on my main PC i am able to use this account via EDGE Browser. I can not login to it via Chrome or any other browser...

i'll go ahead and blame Daz Central on this too, because this is a problem i din't have until now also.. lol

And is PostgreSQL installed?

I also purchased item TOA Ryder for Genesis 3 Female yesterday.  I can not install via DAZ Central, DAZ Install Manager nor manual download. I tried again today with DAZ Central and it was a no go. So I decided to try a manual download once again. However the item no longer appears on this website's store. So I can not post a link to the item.

I can't be sure, of course, but this may be related to a pre-store-migration problem with TOA Ryder for Genesis 3 Females. Apparently, it got updated for some reason on October 7. However, the people who saw the update couldn't download, and I couldn't see the update at all and never got notice from DIM that an update was available.

Going to the product library now and trying to download manually gets the following page/codes:

code	"not_found"
message	"File with such name does not exist."
status	404

I purchased TOA Divine G3F in 2017. I just looked up the product in DIM and it showed no updates. The package file is from 2015.

The problem is with TOA Ryder, not Divine.
