So i have that with the presale bundle? DIM showed the Gen 9 Starter Essentials so far, nothing else...

Yeah, just installed it now after restarting and now its showing up. But when I try load victoria 9 into the scene it says "Could not open file people/genesis 9/characters/victoria 9.duf file does not exist"

So I live in the UK I pre-ordered Victoria 9 a few weeks back and when just putting my PC on and loading up Daz Studio I noticed Victoria 9 is now available and for some reason I downloaded it but its missing files and also all my product images seem to be broken now. No images showing and can't see anything else around Genesis 9 do I have to wait? is there another daz studio update to update the software.

The Victoria 9 HD Makeup is in my library.

I only bough the character, not the bundle. I have only the character so far. I should be getting the Voss hair free.

Well, I guess technically we preordered or bought Victoria 9 HD and that is what we literally got. That's all we got. It wouldn't be the Daz we know if something didn't go wrong. It will eventually get fixed, but it is a disappointment.

I'm assuming, as was the same with other deal things like this, there's probably a bot they've got to add the items to each user's library. In other cases it took up to a day to do everyone, so we might be waiting for a bit on Voss (and the bikini? if getting the bundle)

Looks like there's a slight issue with the HD Intro bundle. Assumedly Vic 9 Makeup (Victoria 9 HD Makeup | Daz 3D) was a late addition to it-- It's showing as not owned for me, and hence unavailable to download, despite me owning the bundle. Is anyone else that preordered experiencing the same issue?

(She's actually been in my install manager since this mornin', but I didn't want to say anything lest I incur the wrath of the mods again)

Gonna get some renders done as soon as gen9 essentials are actually downloadable, but wanted to make the thread right away~ 

Unfortuantely the bundle is... well, if I'd had known what was in it before purchasing, I would've just gone with Vic herself (but that's on me for buying something I couldn't see). (The two itesm you're meant to get with her aren't available yet either, but hopefully that'll just work itself out soon)

Yep, Victoria 9 popped as "on sale" instead of Pre-Sale a brief time (1 hour) ago. This may be happening VERY soon.
