There is a general issue, please don't send tickets unless/until Daz says the general issue is fixed and yours isn't.

Acutally, the shape looks really natural. I have a feeling -- just from the introduction we've had so far -- that our figures in this generation will look more natural overall -- better proportions, better bending and flexing, less exaggerated features (e.g. breast size). I'm really excited for this! 

I have a receipt that affirms that yes, I bought these products, and yes, Paypal sent me a receipt for $78 too.

It's not in my DIM. It's not in Smart Content. It's not in Daz Central. When I tried to download from the website, it shows files, but when I click on them, it spins endlessly.

The pro bundle on the store site says that YES, I do own it. Only thing is, NONE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE PRO BUNDLE ON THE STORE SITE SAY I PURCHASED THEM.

I filled out a support ticket. Let's hope that THIS time at least, they actually answer, unlike the ringing silence I've been getting for the past year.

I haven't tried making a bigger character yet, but this is Victoria 9 with ZBrush morphs and I gave her a significantly bigger waistline and a bigger belly. There was a little bit of the usual folding when a character doesn't have a corrective morph for unusual shapes, but it was much easier to smooth out.

I am confused. G9 Character Essentials is not listed as one of the included products in the Victoria 9 HD Intro Bundle.

And looking at the free Genesis 9 Starter Essentials, some of the items just seem to be expanded materials for the free items. 

So I am one of the folks waiting on my pre-ordered bundle, should I order this G9 Character Essentials package or not?

The detail maps are 8K, the rest are 4K as the detail maps are what do the work and making them all 8K would be resource-heavy.

Which is also not true, the base genesis 9 materials are all 4k.

Sorry, but where in my product library do I find my peordered Victoria 9 and the bonus hair?

OK, so I don't have Victoria 9 yet, but with the Genesis 9, I am seing a problem with pokethru, with every pose I have tried. (Even zero-posed)

Edit: This has something to do with the Masculine setting, though even turning it off doesn't remove the problem in all poses.

Also the anatomical elements that came with character elements do not seem to have matching textures for the base figure.

Preorders do not seem to have been allocated yet but buying now will give you access to the files. I guess it's a manual process, or button press, that needs to happen DAZ side to add the items to our available items/DIM. Waiting patiently for that to happen.

If you shop here and don't expect things like this and get worked up about it you are going to shave years off your life with stress.

I have purchased the preorder-bundle and can't download the items either. When I try to 'purchase' the items separate, as you suggested, it wants me to pay them separate. So, at least for me, your idea doesn't work.

 

 What I meant was new purchasers can buy them and get them now, preorder people will have to wait for them to be added to their accounts not buy them again.

DIM had the Gen 9 Essentials and the HD Victoria.  No Voss hair though but I am sure it will show up later.

I figured the missing eyebrow part out. The script is looking for a UV map that is part of the character essentials, not the starter essentials. (proper QA could have prevented that)

The shirt morphs still doing nothing. But you can workaround certain mishaps with, smoothing and collision iterations as well as a push modifier. (Again QA could have prevented that)

I can't find any preset expressions either, but the regular morphs to build an expression are working fine. So I guess the Genesis vanilla figure has to deal with not having easy to use presets.

In addition to the error messages you got working with Genesis 9 (and apparently also Victoria 9, which I can't confirm yet because she doesn't appear in my DAZ Central...) the Anatomical Elements (coming with the Genesis 9 Character Essentials) don't seem to be quite finished either.
