I preordered the Vic 9 bundle in September, now I am seeing all the bundle products and the two freebies (voss hair / bikini) show up in DAZ central.  Have downloaded as of 11:00 AM (Mountain Time).  Going to open up the app and see if it works.

Oddly, in DAZ Central, it reset the order date for a significant portion of my library to today (19 OCT), so I had to use two different filters to find everything.  Use 'genesis 9' filter in Daz Central for some items, and 'Victoria 9' filter for the others.  Confusing, but it all seems to be there.

So if I understand this correctly, one has to purchase the Essentials package to get the anatomical elements.  At that point one would have to either purchase Victoria 9 or wait until a new character is released in order to have a texture? If the anatomical elements are a separate purchase then why not include a texture for the base materials in the package?

It does not really make the proportion smaller .

At least you got her ;). I don't even have her yet (and yes, I preordered the intro bundle). It's after lunch on the east coast for me and I still ain't got her yet. That'll teach me to preorder anything at Daz. I should have known better.
I also have stuff in my cart that I will NOT order until I get a banner (others have I'm told, but for me....nada, just like Vicky 9).

I bought it, regret it already, Victoria does not install right, it's buggy, and I agree, one color for the eyes, I feel totally burned.

The Geometry has some real issues also, not impressed by it at all.

Same, I preordered the Victoria 9 bundle and this is in Purchased status in the store but DAZ Central doesn't show. And the preorder bonuses are missing too, they are purcheable...

I tried the Sci-Fi Urban Warrior Outfit for Genesis 8.1 Females on Victoria 9 and after a stream of popups to fit each piece, it seemed to work fine. (Having issues with getting Vic 9 Expressions to work, though.)

I am confused. G9 Character Essentials is not listed as one of the included products in the Victoria 9 HD Intro Bundle.

It is not part of the bundle.

And looking at the free Genesis 9 Starter Essentials, some of the items just seem to be expanded materials for the free items. 

Starter essentials is free. Or do you mean Character essentials, which includes new lash maps and a mix of maps and models for the brows (plus the Anatomical Elements).

So I am one of the folks waiting on my pre-ordered bundle, should I order this G9 Character Essentials package or not?

If you want it, yes - I haev no reason to believe it is going to be made available free for pre-purchasers.

I did a pre order for Vic 9 and was excited to see the release today, but although the pre order is listed on my Daz products page, the items aren't appearing for download on Daz Central or DIM. Neither are the individual items listed as purchased on the various catalogue pages. Any idea when we might actually get the stuff we've bought?

Thank you for clearing that up, found the Genesis 9  where you said in Skin_Details guess the Victoria 9 ones are buried in data unless it uses the same as base.

I've downloaded and installed the Genesis 9 Starter Essentials pack (although not yet any of the rest of the Victoria 9 HD Intro Bundle, because of the pre-order issues mentioned by other folks elsewhere). So far, the G9 base figure itself looks promising in terms of its own structure and design, and I'm looking forward to creating morphs for the new geometry.

However: I just tried loading some of my existing library of Genesis 3, 8, or 8.1 full-body poses on the Genesis 9 figure, and… they don't work. At a first guess, I'd assume this is because of the renamed joints in the Genesis 9 figure, but it's really unfortunate not to have a built-in way to use any previous-generation poses with Genesis 9 at launch. Is this expected / intended?
