Yes, that started working again about a week ago on W10+Chrome after not working for about six months (non-subscriber to Daz+)

So I love Daz Central's layout, where you can click Daz Studio Assets and then scroll through and see pictures of everything you own. But I know that Daz Central may be removed some day. So I am at a loss as to how to navigate such a large volume of content. Thought I'd see what people on here do. 

Ive been using Daz and Zbrush together for more than a year, and suddenly last night when attempting to send an object to Zbrush through the GoZ bridge, I got an error message stating, couldn't launch Zbrush, Please check the installer. I had not made any upgrades to Daz or Zbrush whatsoever. 

First I restarted Daz. No effect. Next I uninstalled GoZ through Install Manager, and Re Installed GoZ. Launched Daz and attempted to re-send the object to Zbrush. Zbrush started and Immediatly crashed returning me to Daz Studio.

Next, I Uninstalled and re-installed Daz studio. No effect. Then, I uninstalled Zbrush and Re-installed Zbrush. Re-installed GoZ first using Install Manager and then when that still didn't work I tried installing through Daz Central as this often fixes installation issues. No effect. 

When I try to send an object or figure to Zbrush now, I am prompted to choose "use existing deformations, etc" as usual. but then Zbrush doesn't start at all. Nothing happens. 

Zbrush opens and functions fine on its own. 

While looking at Install manager I noticed that installed it has "-1 bytes" as the file size. When I attempt to unistall through Install manager it sits there "hanging" continuing to uninstall without actually making any progress at all on the progress bar. I end up having to delete the package itself.

I never used Daz Central so perhaps I just don't know what I missed but presumably it's using the same metadata that exists in the database which also powers Smart Content? If so, then for me, it likely would not have helped me much since there just isn't enough data/tags/keywords etc. My usual go-to is to do a google search for the thing I want - since that incorporates a lot more data (like the product description and forum posts etc). Then I go through the results until I find a match to a product that I own (and sometimes wishlist the ones I don't).

Manual install and installing into categories. Also, Daz Central doesn't show content from outside vendors as far as I know. 

I honestly don't understand how anyone can use Daz 3D without Daz Central. Literally every time I create a scene, I go into Daz Central, click Daz Studio Assets, switch the view to the big picture view and either scroll down or type roughly what I'm looking for. How anyone can just remember all their products is beyond me. How do people browse through all of their products without Daz Central?

This would make me the happiest person on the planet. Babylon 5 is, hands down, the best sci-fi ever made in any medium IMO.

Yes. I don't particularly care for PJ's vision of Middle-earth; in particular, his Elves are much too ethereal.

Speaking of Elves, I'd love to see some takes on Morrowind. I know there are some Balmora-style buildings over at Rendo, but I was thinking more of the original Morrowind aesthetic for the Dunmer, both characters and clothes. Later games have really failed to capture that "Central Asia meets European Renaissance" aesthetic.

I did use DIM, now that central is gone I dont know any other way to install the products, too bad there is no setting to looking for in DIM to correct this problem because I will to to reinstall soon again

No, though we understand that adding a "grid view" (like Daz Central) to Install Manager is being looked at.

Daz Central is definitely deprecated in favor of DIM, possibly already discontinued.

Had to reboot machine, is daz central still available to put on it again?

I use daz central whenever i am looking for stuff, otherwise it will next to impossible for me to know what I have, sure hope it is still available

Within Daz Install Manager, click on the Cog icon, then Advanced Settings and then the "Applications" tab. Change the Daz Studio path to the one where 4.22 is located instead of 4.20. Click Accept and then uninstall/reinstall the plugin.

Daz Central is discontinued/depreciated but maybe there is a way to change this setting there and so might work.

Hi team, I've just upgraded to Daz Studio 4.22 Pro and the Mesh grabber is missing. I've searched the forums but no resolution, for me anyway. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling via Daz Central but nothing, it's still there in my old version 4.20. Any help please?

DIM and Daz Central don't have a way to chnage email, so you have created a new account with the default settings (possibly including the ContentCluster location for the database). It sounds as if you were previously using non-default settings, so you need to restore those and with luck your content will be listed correctly.

DIM does not show what is intalled, DAZ Central also and the Smart Tab ist empty. I have changed the drive and path the assets are because of memory problems some months ago but then everything worked just fine. Just after changing of the email adress and password these problems started.

Also I tried to reimport the metadata but after hours of doing nothing - the task manager showed 0% CPU time and no activity on the drives - I stopped the program.

Well it would help if they stopped calling everything a tornado. The first time the sirens went off, I was able to get everybody to go into the basement. The second time, they were just over it. Like there was no point in getting out of bed for this "dopplar indicated" nonsense. They even have a new "AI tornado predictor".

We had rain and hail this morning. It really got one of the cats concerned. But after he got in here with the rest of us, he calmed down. Now it's a bright and sunny morning. Wild.

On the product library page all my assets are there. I tried Daz Central after the Install Manager had the problem. CMS seems to be the problem, but for some reason after changing my email adress in Install Manager it seemed to have nulled the Database.
