If nothing happens tomorrow I might just cancel the the Victoria 9 HD bundle order and buy what I really want.  Actually comes out a bit cheaper.    

Problem fixed.   I went and found EVERY file, folder and file content that referenced that Victoria 9 HD, deleted them, and ran DIM.   It picked up that Victoria 9 HD was missing.  I reinstalled.  And now all looks good.

I did find in the .json file for that product it said "pre-release", but, that was one of the files I deleted.  

What I suspect...

I suspect I manually installed a folder from a freebie morph for V9 that I should have inspected the file structure, and as a result, it wrote over those files with the data from the creator's install.  (That's a pet peeve with me, that 3rd party content providers have no clue on how to package their files.   Many times, I'm too trusting and if it the folder has the right name, I just copy it.)

Lesson learned:   Be more careful when you get something from a 3rd party source.  As a student who studied Djiksra's Software Quality Assurance methods and then implemented those in the real world post graduation, I get real frustrated with vendors ... even with providing free content... don't follow basic common sense.

If I feel up to it tomorrow, I just might go searching for that zip file if I kept it around.  I'd sure like to confirm my suspicion, let the maker know, and warn others.   Again, this right now is just a suspicion.

Today, on just one of my PCs, when I run DAZ studio, Victoria 9 HD is showing up with Victoria 9 HD presale name and no icon.  None of my other machines are doing this.

I've tried all sorts of stuff like deleting the dson cache, uninstalling, re-installing, re-installing through DIM, etc.   While it is no big deal, the contents of the folder still work, it would be nice to not get the broken thumbnail frame with the /!\ and the wrong name.   The wrong name makes it difficult to quickly find the folder for Victoria 9 HD.

So, how do I completely wipe it out on the offending PC and get Victoria 9 HD showing up correct?

(I have NO idea why it is showing presale because I bought my Victoria 9 HD after it became available AND the other 2 PCs show it simply as Victoria 9 HD with the icon image.)

Well I have the bundle items, but I still do not have the free items.  Guess I will wait a bit longer like others.  But here is my first render with Victoria 9.  Turned out nice.  Most importantly, Kindred Arts Iray light probe kit 3 worked well in Studio 4.21

Same with me - the Victoria 9 HD bundle shows up in my product library on the DAZ website and when I choose it I get a forever spinning circle.  My DAZCentral shows only Genesis 9 products that downloaded fine and working.  I'm really super disappointed at this point.  I'm seeing other folks using Victoria 9 with no problems and here I sit.  My ticket is still open from yesterday.

Looks like you'll have to crack open ZBrush or Blender's sculpting/modelling tools for right now, which would be made much easier once we get the character morphs…

Thanks. I was confused by what Richard said as whether they were included with Victoria 9 herself or just with the Intro Bundle,.

I have gone back quite a ways in the listing for DIM.  No V9.  I've attached a couple of screen shots to show what appears in my Product Library page.  Both on selecting the Victoria 9 Bundle in the listing at left of page and what happens when I click on the V9 HD icon.  The product may be assigned 'somewhere' but nowhere I can access it.  I do not get any of the download options on the Product Library page for the bundle.  Also attached a screenshot of DC.  VERY DISAPPOINTED that it takes all this effort to resolve something which a select few of us are experiencing.

People have been complaining for years about having to buy an Adult DAZ Original Character Pro Bundle just to get the anatomical elements, so DAZ3D changed how they were made available.

Look for Victoria 8 HD Intro Bundle. My 'Presale' bundle was renamed that. Also, the bundle never showed up in DIM, but the items did. So sort by Highest Product ID and you have a chance to see them in DIM, rather than searching by item name individually. The sort by Recent Purchase (?) is messed up again. 

The bundle wouldn't show as there are no bundle-specific files, just the sub-products

Yeah I was looking for the individual products including Victoria 9 HD as well but nothing yet.
