PropsChick presents Emmyth Tail for Victoria 4 with fits for G4 and A4. S4 can be fit with very little adjustments. This hair contains body parts for tail movement, top and bottom of the tail, plus morphs for moving back and forth, out back, with an either breezy feel or bent. There are also morphs for the ties.
