Contemporary Studio Apartment is a small but classy interior apartment setting which includes a kitchen area with Range/Oven, Refrigerator, double sink and lots of counter space. There is a small living area and an upper Loft with glass barrier. The glass staircase has multiple Uber Surface presets to illuminate the staircase in different colors and can also be turned OFF if you prefer not to have the staircase illuminated.

The set includes 1 Scene Subset of the entire apartment. In the Light Presets folder you will find a Daytime setting and a Night time setting which are both shown in the promo images. NO additional lights were used in the promo images - this set is very easy to use.

Load the Scene Subset, choose Daytime or Night time lighting, choose to light the staircase or not, choose one of the 16 included camera presets and you are ready to render. Characters load dead center into the space, so positioning them is made easy as well.

This set can easily be converted for Iray renders ( as shown in promo image)
