Designed as a standalone product with a smaller CPU and memory footprint, Block 1b contains 10 small suburban neighborhood houses, matching garages, and all lawns, concrete, street, fences, trees, shrubs, utility poles, and street lights.

There is a complete preloaded set, and also separately loadable houses and garages.
