Collective3d Modern Home Exterior 2

Second in an ongoing series of classic American home designs, Modern Home Exterior 2 is designed with ultimate flexibility in mind.

Designed, sold, and built from the turn of the 20th century until the beginning of World War 2, many of these classic American kit homes still stand in the second decade of the 21st century, and are appropriate as the setting for a vast number of possible times and places. Usable as everything from a farmhouse in the 1910s to an urban residential home in the 2010s, the Modern Home Exterior 2 is based off plans originally sold in 1908, many of which stand today.

Wide wood siding with deeply overhanging, exposed-beam roofs, genuine Craftsman style doors and porch columns, and a post lamp bearing the address are part of the old-style charm.

The set includes the house (in two styles, with and without the faux dormer), matching one car garage, fence and gates, and the 50' by 150' lot with sidewalks, driveway, and road (and optional polygonal grass). It is designed to interconnect seamlessly with the other Modern Home Exterior sets, as well as the Collective3d Cape Cod Style Home, to quickly create gigantic neighborhoods.

Material zones on the house and garage include a siding color and two trim colors, each defined by diffuse color and containing bump maps for detail, making it fast and simple to change colors on the fly to whatever best suits your scene.

Comes with four pre-load settings (house style one, and house style 2, each with and without polygonal grass) as well as individual components to you can mix and match.
