    A really nice looking Bobble Hat for Victoria 4 that also includes hair. It comes with 23 morphs for better fitting and styling for both the hat and hair.
    Also includes nine colored textures for the hat and four more for the hair. The Bobble uses a displacement map to achieve its realistic look.

    This hat and hair is a combination hair prop. Morphs are added to hide either hair or hat, which might then be used with other similar props.
