I haven't gone for any G3M products so far so I don't have the morph packs or indeed anything but the free basics. Does George need anything?

Oh, I guess he would need the G3M gens which means buying the Pro bundle. Ah well, what a pity, never mind.  A Georgina would be welcome thouh - I have the G3F add-ons. Kudos to Deepsea for having the imagination to craft a character other than those that might be Baywatch cast extras.

Why does that remind me of the time a user asked "How do I get M4's pants to fit over the genitals?"

Maybe I am that stupid. However, in my stupidity I might not have made my point clear: if I wanted George in ALL his glory, I would need the M7 Pro Bundle which is not something I'm going to buy just to give George his manhood.

You can always use the primitives in DS to model your own version. wink

  • Love him this new vendor is rocking our world !!!

    Meet the new Ironman wink

  • been working on a traditional dragon, warrior, maiden scene had Leo first but thought I'll try George so just doing render I'll post here still do alternative version with one of the other guys but old Georgie has a lot of potential for a lot of my ideas had to move him up in the scene he actually fell through the floor boards when I picked him :P oh and the outfit I used on Leo fits Georgie really well too and same pose

Oh, I didn't mean it like that :)  I know what you meant... it just reminded me of that time a new user thought you were supposed to load M4, then his genital figure, then the clothing. The observation by this individual was that the genitals were always poking out the front of his clothing. This individual wanted to know how one was suppose to get the clothing to cover that, as it was not automagically happening. It was a very interesting and entertaining thread for sure.

I agree that buying a Pro Bundle just to get the genitalia is not something MOST users are willing to do. Daz says this, that, and the other about why the genitals are only available in Pro Bundles. I don't believe any of those reasons because you can still buy the M4 genital figure as part of the M4 Morphs++ (http://www.daz3d.com/michael-4-morphs ) ... a $30 item that is still in the store and has been all this time. As a matter of FACT... on May 20, 2015, I took a look at what was available in the Daz Freebies. There I saw this   http://www.daz3d.com/m4-hero-pro-pack  offered ABSOLUTELY FREE! Instant buy, even though I had already bought 70% off the items in the bundle years ago. And look what was included with that free bundle.... yes! The Morphs++ package, complete with genital figure. Just saying....

Anyway, yes... I want to see what George looks like naked too. Just curious..... cool

Just a word of warning on doing Leo 7 stuff he's asymmetrical so if it seems a little off one side, you haven't made a mistake, he's built that way !

It's time for me to do another fan-art render of Baron Vladimir Harkonnen from "Dune":

"Bring in that floating fat man, the Baron!" -- Emperor Shaddam IV

ok thanks didn't notice but that's ok think he looks like an interesting character sort of a middle character kinda like Chief O'Brian from Star Trek Next Gen got all the base gen 6 and 7 characters even Cory thought he'd good for weird characters/creatures only missing think girl/guy7 But George he deserves to be an offical Daz character in his own right going to have to keep an eye on this creator maybe they'll do a few more wish daz would do in older age range and other builds George will be great in creature creator 3

Closest I know of is Cobra King ... but it's not really the right kind of tail, and it's for G2M, so I wouldn't expect it to work on G3M.

I'm sure that you could find a skimpy metal bikini for Leia, though. The DAZ Store probably contains one or two items along those general lines ...

I actually like the idea: you already get a ton of stuff for free when you think about all the genesis figures and the software itself. If people want those Anatomical details, then they have to pay Daz a bit but in a nice subtle way that isn't just "gimme the Anatomical Elements!" As they say, sex sells. If it means better quality Anatomical Elements being made for the figures, then I'm all for it.

(Shame about G3M's though. Research suggests an Anatomical foreskin Element is not an on/off button.)

With the constant bombardment of sales, it's not that unusual to see a Pro Bundle of up to date figures being offered at a low price (they were 60% off + the 30% Daz discount on V.Day, and probably at some point during March too for "over 50%!") I've seen Genesis 3 Pro Bundles on sale for ~$30 and under several times this year. Also, if you do buy a bundle at the normal price, buy a PC+ membership for 3 months first if you don't have one. The discount PC+ gives will get you the bundle for cheaper than full price while also paying off the membership itself.

I joined too late to get M4 free in Freebies (did get him at 80%+30% though) now it's all just textures for old clothing for months on end :(

@Chuckdozer: You make a good point about the M4 gens. Actually, your comment reminded me that I use them (with the Jepe morphs)  as a prop rather than the geografted (M6) versions.

Definitely a much needed character for a lot of peeps...but I don't know, he just kind of creeps me out.  He reminds me of an old pervert. *shrugs* lol   That said, he was extremely well sculpted with texture and all...but noticed none of the promos really show him with his arms up high and/or rotated...maybe a limitation of the characer due to size?  It will be interesting to see what artists do with him. :)

Well how does that saying go... the fat guys always end up with the pretty girls!  So here we have that become a reality at DAZ 3D We have George and Vickie!

He is a brilliant character.  You can even see cellulite on the back of his legs.  KUDOS to the artist!  AMAZING!

I expect George is a bit curious too. It's probably been years since he saw what's down there :)

D'oh!  Beaten to the punch...twice over!

years ago, and I mean over adecade when the male morphs for Victoria 3 were released (thus before Micheal 3 debuted), I experimented and posted a portrait of the Baron within the old forums.

    Sincerely,

    Bill

By the way, if you were a fan of the 80's group Frankie Goes to Hollywood "Relax" there is a guy in the video up in the balcony watching the craziness below that reminds me of George, I mean right away.  I was like "OMG, it's that big dude from that Frankie Goes to Hollywood music video" lol

Heh, my own Baron Vladimir Harkonnen image was made with the Fat Man model from the original Zygote Fun Stuff CD, rendered in Bryce. That really was back in the Dawn of Time as far as hobbyist 3D was concerned. The technology has improved just a little since then ...

Just going to make a little request for people not to veer too much into mocking overweight people.

Timmins I would cheerfully bet money that well over 75% of the people making fun fall into the "overweight" catagory themselves.

Yea, kinda like a gay man like myself cracking gay jokes.  It's all good as long as it's not downright cruel!

I see people talking about TV / movie / book characters and making a little fun at themselves in some cases ... and no one mocking overweight people.
