Dress/skirt which can change length?

edited October 2012 in The Commons

Is there a dress/skirt I can buy, which has morphs for changing the height of the hemline?
I want to be able to adjust it all the way from a mini, through a knee-length, to an ankle length garment.

I'd really rather avoid dynamic outfits (they drive me crazy...), so if morphs are an option, that would be great.
Also, a dress is preferable, but a skirt will also do.

Thanks! :)

skirt length is usually changed with transparency maps.
stretching the geometry will stretch the textures.

THe good old standby, the MFD or Morphing Fantasy Dress can be whatever you want it to be. And it comes with versions for most of DAZ 3D's female figures.

It has the advantage that add on texture packs will fit all the different figure dresses, with the exception of the one for SP3, which is mapped differently.

Courageous is also a good set for the price.

Most skirts can change length, and t-shirts.. Just set the yscale lower on the L and R thighs for skirt and pelvis for sweaters. With smoothing enabled its like a natural morph:) This of course works with Genesis clothing Or V4 clothing fitted to Genesis. Haven't really tried on V4.
Here I did a quick test with Genesis gossip shirt..Most scaling gets you good results..All depending on the clothes. But I have saved quite some money using this method changing lengths of my favourite products into something a little different.

Yes, but as Misty said that can stretch the textures badly, doing it that way.

It works with 'plain' textures, but patterns and what not end up stretched.
