Hi
If I upgrade my video card to one with GPU, does daz studio rendering benefit at all?
At the moment I would like to render a long animation at 2K or preferably 4K and I am trying to find an affordable way to do so.

Thank you

CUDA cores are used by some rendering engines, Octane springs to mind, but the version of 3Delight that DS uses doesn't as far as I know. Luxrender can also use the GPU for rendering in one version. (Hybrid)

DS uses the CPU for all 3Delight rendering, and OpenGL for the viewport and the other three rndering options in Render Settings. A better card may have a lot of benefits for doing OpenGL rendering for animations, but I will let someone else answer that one.
