    The forums cannot help you, When you post to the forums you are talking to other formum members,  File a help ticket.

     Usually if you post here someone lets the sales people know. But thanks, I will keep it in mind for the future and not bother anyone in the forums with stuff like this anymore.  If you could just remove this I would appreciate it.

    I think you will find that this should be fixed now, as there were other threads concerning the same concerns that you had, so this had already been reported.

    The site issues ARE tiring and I can see how people can get frustrated tho :(. Sometimes people just need to vent.

    I did look to see if anyone had posted I always do because even I find it annoying when there are 8 of the same threads.  I wonder if it would be possible to have a section just for stuff like this.  If I had know it was being worked on I wouldn't have posted and wouldn't have been nearly as frustrated.  Thank you for letting me know.
