OK, I get it, it's a big job transferring products from one website to another.  I'll even accept that there are bound to be mistakes or slip ups along the way.  BUT...but, when I pay for a product, I expect to be able to use that product.  When I pay for digital content, such as the products sold here at DAZ, I expect to be able to access and download those products.

I just purchased Space Star, and there is no option to download the product - doesn't show in Connect, DIM, or even my Product Library.  I've submitted a help ticket, so hopefully it will get resolved quickly, but it still p!sses me off that this happened.  I have never encountered, anywhere, in all the years I've been buying digital content, a situation like this, where a purchase is UNAVAILABLE for download.

    I'm wondering if there's an error with that Space Star product - it seems to be textures for something, but the base product isn't listed at all. 

    I think another Star product had a similar error yesterday - it was textures for a set of wings that aren't in the store yet, perhaps this one had a bit of a glitch too.

    Please submit a ticket.  We have, however, have alerted marketing as well.  It does look like it is textures for http://www.daz3d.com/igd_andromeda though I'm not sure on the wings.

    Andromeda are a set of poses,not an outfit. 

    However it does say that it was inspired by "BBD Design's Stryke Angel" so perhaps there was a mix up and the texture set was released before the outfit?

    BBD has moved to Hivewire under the name This Aint Rocket Science. You can find Stryke Angel over there.

    Well crap, I thought Space Star was Stryke Angel, just renamed or something.  Definately braindead on that one!!

    Well the good newa is: if you don't want it you can return it up to 30 days from the the purchase date.

    Thank you for the link Islandgirl. I went there and bought Strke Angel, came back and bought Space Star but I've got the same problem as nightwolf1982, I can't download it.

    Maybe someone could tell the people running the store that Space Star doesn't need anything else in the Daz store so they can release it. But since it's the weekend I suppose we'll have to wait till Monday for anythying to happen.

    Another not really related question. When I was over at HiveWire I saw a character for Star which says it uses a set of morphs for Star called the Nether Morphs, but their link to these morphs goes to Runtime DNA which says these morphs are not available. Are these morphs going to come to Daz, have they gone somewhere else or have they just dissappeared?

    The PA who created the morphs, Netherworks, is also moving his content to Hivewire, according to RNDA-Forum. So the chances of the morphs showing up at DAZ store are very, very slim.

    Well, that's cute. When I saw the textures I bought them and now I can't have them?!?!?!? I got Strike Angel from Hivewire and the textures are no longer at RDNA.

    So when I noticed the textures here I grabbed them but can't download them. sad

    I put in a support ticket asying I couldn't download Space Star and I just had a reply. They said it should not have been put live because there are no installers for it and they gave me a refund.

    The question is, does this mean Space Star is just delayed, or are Daz not going to sell it?

    Latest update - They say it will be available in the future but it is not ready yet.
