Yours truly is now officially engaged to her Significant Otter of 18 years. :lol:

We figured that since we've been sticking together this long, we just might make it official then. :lol:

    Ohhh, a long story that, I guess, but... sometimes these things just happen when almost all the pieces of a puzzle are in place and you're just left with a handful and then you say "yes, this is how it goes". :)

    Congrats!!! My nephew and his wife lived together for 11 years before making it official, and then only because she suddenly needed a gall bladder operation, and he was the one with the health insurance. They needed to be married in order to have his insurance cover her operation.
