I've never looked inside but I don't think so. You may have to kitbash or use a different package like one of the summer camp packages. There aren't any barracks interiors that I'm aware of.
They don't have interiors. You might be able to use parts of The Youth Camp - Camper's Cabin or NFXstudios Summer Camp or The Old Orphanage to put something together.
on rendo there is a quonset hut called battered barracks. You may need to retexture it though.
