Cookie confusion, usually - ie it's already in your cart (somewhere), just that you're not allowed to see it.

EDIT: Try Chohole's method below first!

Logout from the website, restart your browser, login again and see if the "Cart (1)" shows up. If not, logout again and delete all your *daz3d.com-related cookies, and try once more.

(there may be simpler ways of solving this problem - but it's happened to me once or twice in recent months - and a cookie flush helped >_<).</span>

You possibly put them into you cart without being fully logged into the store.

Make sure you are logged in to your store account, then add another random product, You should then see the other products appear in your cart, and can edit it to remove the unwanted one.

Try it my way first, less traumatic than removing cookies.

Glad to hear it worked (^_^)d.

btw my first thought when I saw the subject line was "Oh? there's a new product called 'help'? I didn't notice that on the New Releases... I wonder what it is..." ;-)

I had this problem too, but I added another random item to my cart, and all the others showed up.

Edit: just noticed that this was chohole's advice. I add my voice to the chorus.

I do not find removing cookies traumatic
unless they crumble before I get them into my mouth and make a mess
but then the cats eat them.
