    The product library is coming back, bit by bit, have it open and keep refreshing. Hang in there folks!

    Yeah, that's what happened to me when I ordered a couple hours ago, and be careful- it showed in the cart until I went to the last page, once I hit the payment button, it still showed correctly but AFTER processing, the amount was wrong. Anyone using Karen to get a discount should WAIT. I didn't know about any of this at the time because they had NOT put that banner up. (For heaven's sake.)

    As of 11:00 EST my product library is still not all there.  Anyone else still having issues?

    I still can't download products purchased last night, either through DIM or manually. As of 9:40am Mountain Time Friday

    While my product library is showing up in DIM now, compared to last night.  There are many items I can't download.  Especally the more recently pruchashed items.  But this is still a whole lot better than last night when my WHOLE library disappeared.  That was a little disconcerting to say the least, and I was thankful that DAZ put up the warning banner.  Although, ironically, it came up JUST as I was making a purchase.  I went to download it (knowing there might be a problem) and as I watched my product library lost items then disappeared completely.  So again it is good to see that this is fixable and is being worked on.

    Confirming that it is slowly coming back to normal — I now have three more Product Library pages visible than I had half an hour ago. Still no sign yet of the stuff I wanted to download, though...  <sigh>

    Batten down the hatches, it'll be a long night (especially in the DAZ computer room).
