There's a clash where it is also in Fast Grab.
Reported.
You get credit when you buy the gift card, but not when you spend it. If we counted both it would double credit.
Sorry, the price was wrong as the product should not have been included.
Thank you. That's good to know.
We're at quite a bit of a disadvantage here, then, since we only buy giftcards once a month or so, and then buy stuff with store credit throughout the month. That obviously won't show up as many purchases during a given week, and thus won't count toward a coupon, even though there could be a huge store credit spending that week in reality.
So if someone who buys, say a $1000 giftcard every month and uses it evenly every week, he only gets one coupon; while someone who spends $100 a week, might get all of the coupons--even though overall he spent only half as much money.
Yeah, that's a big headache for those of us who try to buy reasonably large gift cards when exchange rates are more favourable, thus avoiding separate fees on lots of little transactions or paying through the nose for Brexit uncertainty causing GBP to be all over the place. (I sometimes even have to ignore gift card offers because the exchange rate is just poor enough on that day that it's not worth it).
If that's how it's being calculated, it certainly explains why I've not had any of these coupons so far - I wouldn't even have known they were a thing if I didn't frequent the forums. At the very least, it means there must be a fair few people who haven't been given any incentive to use up (and thus refill) their credit, but if anything, knowing that I'm not being offered the same deals as others even if my effective spending rate is the same has actually made me think twice about some possible purchases.
@ DAZ_Steve Thanks. It is good to know the parameters so we can plan our purchases accordingly.
But wouldn't it be possible to exclude purchases of store credit and count the purchases made with store credit instead? That would avoid the problem of not counting purchases made with store credit that was purchased earlier
I second that. I only use store credit, too.
<points up at Matt_Castle's post> Me too. Can't remember the last time a GC offer was worth it enough for me to dip my toe in (I don't buy more than $25-30 per cartful, apart from discounted PC+ renewals). It's been a few years, at least. I do use the same buy-a-GC thing whenever a sale comes up with daily small purchases, though, and for the same reason — only one £-to-$ bank charge, which helps a lot.
Pretty much that here, too. Although my balance is down at the moment.
Yesterday Freak 5 Base in the temporarily PC+ selection and today the Freak 5 Starter Bundle, seriously ?
I know, it happens from time to time. (file a ticket?)
ok teen jaiden 6 pro bundle being listed on the 2,99 promotion page. but it's having its normal price,*which means he was not supposed to be listed in the promotion page
I believe it's the Jayden figure and not any of his bundles that is 2.99. I can't find it on the page, but there are lots on it. I will report to make sure.
I noticed that too. >_> Makes me less inclined to buy anything more, unless there's some catchup day or something.
I 100% agree.
yeah it's his figure but when you open this promotion
https://www.daz3d.com/she-s-such-a-doll
it's display the jayden pro bundle(at last for me) among the others products in the "examples"
On today's $2.99 sale the Teen Jayden 6 Pro Bundle is listed but it is listed for $94.47. I have attached a screen shot. I am confused as to why it is there if it is not $2.99. Thank you.
Also I am posting here because I don't have a button to post a new discussion and I am not sure why for that either.
I am the latest victim of being overcharged in a credit card transaction here at Daz! got three items at $2.99 ($8.97), but was charge for the full price of $103.85. I already submitted a ticket. I want to buy some more items on sale but I am now hesitant and cautious. The credit card overcharge happened just once but it can happen again. I did not heed the warning so now I got a problem. So beware.
Because this went onto your credit card, make sure to ask Daz to refund to the payment source. Add an additional comment to your ticket if necessary. The default is to refund the difference as store credit, but that means you'll be paying interest on money you didn't intend to spend in the first place.
Anyone seeing any difference in the PC for a day items today, to me they seem exactly the same as yesterday.
Yes some missing from yesterday (new G8F girl and textures plus a couple of others at least) and new ones like Scattered Plants: Badlands, MRL Willow or Genesis 2 Legacies for Genesis 3 Male: Heroes...
Ahh - pretty much everything I already have.
Umm ... never mind ... the problem was appearantly just the store switching slowly at midnight.
Greetings,
Whitemagus' store is on sale, but apparently Contemporary Office Building Revitalized was on the cusp and didn't get the 60% off notification (it's exactly 60 days old, I believe; the store recognizes it as not 'new', so it should be in the sale). I'd very much like to pick that up, so if someone can poke the store lightly and make it re-check, that'd be wonderful!

Featured artist stores are not on sale, certain items within their store are.
Several items like the Aiko 7 Bonus Bundle are regular priced. It's included in the $2.99 temp PC+ sale. Probably the store needs a few more minutes to correct the price.
Seems that the 2.99 items don't really change despite what the banner says. Been pretty much the same things for the last 3 days.
Or we own the ones they swap out already
I found that with my owned ones
