The Dog Agility Course has a release date of nearly a year agp (18 June 2018). So, why is marked new and therfore excluded from the sale? Is it a intentional or a glitch that can be fixed?
IIRC, an old product is listed as new when it becomes a new DAZ Original.
I'm currently working on a render that needs school uniforms, and I thought "Ah, this'll be easy, there's a good discount nearly store-wide"...
... however, for some reason, nearly every female outfit with the word "School" in its name is not on offer, even when other items in the artist's store are (including male items with "school" in the name).
For example, from Dogz's store, "Time for School G3F" is not on sale (but then "Time for School G3M" is), IH Kang's store dForce H&C School Uniform* and H&C School Uniforms are not on sale (but again, most of the rest of the store is), etc.
* This isn't actually one I actually want for this render (I'm looking for something suitable for a British state school), but it's an example of what seems to be missing.
Given no particularly clear reason for it, it's really quite frustrating to have the specific category of items I'm looking for missing from the sale!
It's possible that those were deliberately excluded, it does say selected items - perhaps they were or will be part of a targeted offer and so weren't included here.
Strictly, the offer does say "55% off your favorite Artist Catalogs", but even if it was a case that they were involved in another offer, I still thought I'd post it so that someone might be able to say "Oh, actually, those were involved in offer X a couple of days ago, so their discounts probably ended when that sale ended".
What worries me about the idea of it being a future offer is that were all things equal, I'd probably pick up Dogz's sets in order to have both male and female uniforms (I'd prefer G8, but G3 is convertable enough), but with the male set not also being missing from the store discount, it implies that won't be in any such offer, so I'm now in a pickle about what I do or don't buy.
If I take a gamble on buying the male set in the hope that there's a sale on the female set shortly, that's potentially liable to leave me with only half a set of uniforms and a render I'll have to wait ages to finish.
If I wait in the hope that there's going to be a better sale offer on school stuff, the male set may well not be included, again leaving me with only half a set.
There was a "Summer School" sale on June 10th (part of the "Summer Fun" sale) giving 60% off school-related items, which I think just rolled off the banner sales today. Since it overlapped with the DS4.11 announcement sale (that 55% off most of the store) I imagine they were deliberately excluded.
ETA: But I can't be sure whether those Dogz products were in that sale, I'm only guessing they might have been since it was school-themed.
It must have rolled off at least yesterday, as I noticed the same discrepancy then, but it was too late at night to worry about it. I guess that correlates with the large number of items called "Summer" something-or-other that are missing from the discount too ("Summer" made sense, but I couldn't recall any school items being in that sale, and the fact that several male "school" items weren't missing was also confusing).
Bummer, that's going to be a pain in the whatsit.
Mm, yes, it may have rolled off yesterday, I assumed it was today because the 11th June sale (the "Target Lifeform" one) is still there today. Here's a screenshot of the relevant bit.
Seems the “Fit Control and Height Disparities” 64% off sale isn't working properly.
With https://www.daz3d.com/fit-control-add-on-for-genesis-3--8-male in the cart https://www.daz3d.com/leon-hair-and-beards-for-genesis-8-males still shows at only 55% off and https://www.daz3d.com/mervin-the-alien-hd-for-genesis-8-male at 68% (which should be more when it's supposed to be 64% + the Platinum Club extra %)

Fit control extra discount applies on selected artists only, and those items are not from any of the selected artists listed on the page. They probably shouldn’t be in the category...
So the error is that those items show up when I use the link given on the sales page. Fact is, it's still an sales error

Not really. I've got a few of those already, some aren't really the right style, and being quite honest, many of the others are wildly inappropriate for what I want. The characters I have in mind are in their early teens, so anything that looks like it's a set up for a bawdy comedy (or *ahem* worse) is very much on the "nope" list.
In the end, I mostly want the matching set of blazer uniforms, but they won't be very useful to me until I have the matching male/female set, so I was hoping that it was a mistake in the sale.

Used to be a limitation (or at least some safeguarding) of the old forum software. I'm not sure it's a problem these days, but rather a habit that people split them.. I guess it does kinda keep them from getting too sprawly.
Yes and no. That's a rule that was created after we almost broke the old forums years ago with a very, very long thread ;)
Basically the old forum software used to load the whole thread each time you wanted to read a post, and that caused performance problems when the threads became too long.
I don't think the current forum software does it that way, but the rule remained.
