MY NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti isn't being used in renders (Solved)

Whenever I render something my CPU always have a high percentage use and my GTX 1070 always has like 1% to 3% usage when I use Iray Render. Is there something wrong with my setup?

    Have you verified that the 1070ti is selected as a render device?

    And where do you monitor the usage?

    The default setup in task manager does not show the actual usage.

    On the task manager change one of the GTX 1070 graphs to Cuda, or Compute_0.  One of those two will show GPU render usage.

    If you still have no activity, download and install the most recent video card drivers directly from Nvidia. (The Windows update version of the drivers do not work with Iray)

    Hi thanks for the help. I changed to Cuda in my task manager and it spiked showing me that it was working. Thanks for the help everyone.
