And before someone suggests it... No. I am not going to make them myself. I'm not interested in that type of modeling.

I've found a variety of M3 head morphs that include Harpo Marx, and I could be just as happy using the Marx Brothers, instead. As I said, I just think it could add a little humor to something I'm working on.

the hair featured in the main promo image is so perfectly dollesque, i can't imagine using the character as a doll without it. 

i've been trying to identify it for days without success, though, and i've run out of reasonable adjectives to search by.

Do I need to reinstall those files? If so, where?

Personally, I'd love to see the "before and after" of your book covers: before you add your text, and after you add it. And if there was a lot of post work, the raw render, as well. Illustrations are welcome, too, of course.

When I opened this folder, there was no "Runtime" folder in "My Studio" folder. There are some other folders, like "data" and what not. The horror came when I found out that apparantly all of my backups didn't contain this folder either. I don't really blame them, this would have been an odd folder to save my custom characters to. On the other hand, it is a bit suspicious, because I usually do backup my Documents folder. Not as often as my Pictures folder, but I do. 

The problem is that this folder is something I can imagine a install of DAZ 4.9 could have overwritten. And I also know that those files were created during some wild spread on only one of my many computers. I'm not sure I backed it up properly. 

So, could someone clear up my confusion: could it be that a install of an update of DAZ overwrites this folder including deleting (!) folders there, not just adding new ones?

Also, could it be that DAZ sends me to some strange place instead of the right place when not finding the files?

That's what you get for being an early shopper. :-(

If it's not too much to ask could you included basic presets for the hair when the head is turned left, right, up and down?

WInd effects are cool, but if the hair cannot be posed in the basic head poses what's the point?

I see a couple of good options for middle/old aged females, but im looking for some options for middle aged males (50ish). Looking at all the current G3 male people, there are none. And i have found http://www.daz3d.com/peter-for-genesis-2-male-s to be the only suitable option in the g2 range

Anyone else have any suggestions? maybe something at rendo? im wanting something quite realistic. with displacement or normals to get the wrinkled look, or at least very good bump maps. G3 preferably, but looks like that may not be an option yet

And on that note, we have the 'growing up' skin packs, something similar for adult through to old age would be a well liked product i would imagine. Or what about some sort of overlay system using the LIE, that could slightly alter existing textures to help simulate older age? that conbined with a set of older age normal maps would work well i think. Or would overlays that alter existing skin resources not be legal under those product licenses? just throwing ideas around

1) Two items were add-ons and, when I went to add them to my cart, they both said I needed to purchase the original.  I almost put the original in the cart, but thought I'd check first.  When I opened the add-on products up in their own tab, they both said I already own the original (which I do).  I refreshed the cart and the wishlist and that fixed itself.

2) I added a G3F figure that had been in my wishlist for some time to my cart.  I then, from the cart, opened the product up in a seperate tab and it said I already owned the product!  I checked and it was already in my Product Library!  I refreshed the wishlist and cart again and it disappeared.  Why didn't this get fixed when I refreshed them the first time?

Seriously... this is just BAD.  How many people have bought an item they already own because the database on Daz's server isn't working right?  I just about spent $25 for items I already owned.  How many are in my library paid for twice and I'll never know?  Granted, some are from packages where the savings out-weighed buying the items I still needed seperately, but that's pretty rare.

This having to double and triple check stuff before you hit the purchase button is really eroding my confidence in Daz, and I highly recommend everyone to make sure they double check their cart before purchasing!!

Please FIX THIS as soon as possible.

Eeeeexcept there is still a visible edge on the bottom of the decal, which shouldn't be visible. I can work around that by making the decal encompass the whole thing and shrinking the gradient to one part of it, but that's... messy. Anyone know what gives?

Is anyone else having problems?
