In such pictures, the body remains in place and only a member is in motion. Any suggestions?</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Has there been changes in the way DAZ exports FBX data or maybe in the rigging system or something, in the new DAZ 4.10.x release?</p>

<p>When I last exported an FBX with animation from DAZ to 3ds Max, it worked perfectly. That was more than a year ago using 4.8. Yesterday I tried to export an FBX with animation again, using 4.10, and it comes out weird in 3ds Max. The bones doesn&#39;t work properly anymore and after a good while of struggling, only some of the parts seem to animate. A walk animation looks like a person in a T-pose trying to roller-blade.</p>

<p>I&#39;m going re-install 4.8 this evening and try again to determine whether it&#39;s potentially an issue with DAZ. I imported the old, previous FBX with which I tried it the first time, and that one imports and works perfectly. Just when I try now, using all kinds of different settings, methods and FBX versions, they all either come out with the T-pose rollor-blader or no animation at all. I even scoured the internet for different ways to go about it and I do everything exactly like everyone else is. By all counts, it should work, except that it doesn&#39;t.</p>

<p>Anyone perhaps have idea or advice on this? If I&#39;m still struggling tonight with the 4.8 version, then I&#39;ll record a video to illustrate my issue.</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I&#39;m looking at upgrading my computer to improve rendering quality and I have had someone recommend getting an Nvidia Quadro P5000 which can do 30 bit colour. Of course, I would also need a monitor that can show 30 bit colour too . . . Does DAZ Studio output 30 bit colour images?&nbsp; - and while I&#39;m at it, in your opinion, (Those who have seen this type of imagery)&nbsp; is it worth my money upgrading to this or is the difference barely noticeable? &nbsp;</p>

<p>I&#39;m sorry of this is long, but Windows fatal error during a render scared the p*ss out of me.&nbsp; Don&#39;t know if DS issue with SubD settings too high or my card might be going out. : (</p>

<p>Strix ROG 1070 (8GB with probably 7.5 available)</p>

<p>Started a render with SubD at 2 on three different actors.</p>

<p>Screen went black for 1 second.&nbsp; Came back on @ 1080 rather than 4k</p>

<p>MsgBox: &quot;Windows has encountered fatal error at (something)&quot;&nbsp; Windows rebooted before I could get a SS.&nbsp; Reboot still at 1080.</p>

<p>Let machine cool down &amp; booted up.&nbsp; Still at 1080.&nbsp; NvCPL.exe &quot;No NVidia device installed.&quot;&nbsp; GPU-Z: &quot;NVidia 1070 at 0 Mhz&quot;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Device Manager: &quot;Error: Windows has disabled this device.&nbsp; Further installation needed.&nbsp; Search Web or browse to install.&quot;</p>

<p>Search web &amp; it installed same driver I&#39;d been using.&nbsp; Huh?</p>

<p>Long &amp; short, searched web for card diagnostics, but not much out there.&nbsp; &quot;6 signs your card is dying&quot; don&#39;t seem to apply.&nbsp; (not getting any lag or weird display errors, no dust bunnies inside case, games &amp; streaming work OK, etc.)</p>

<p>Does this happen often?&nbsp; Geometry or something just too much for it?&nbsp;</p>

<p>Leery about doing any more renders until I find out cause.</p>

<p>Render size 2922 x 2191 ; approx file size 6981 MB</p>

<p>This sounds super exciting! But, kind of a silly question... are the clones in question for auto-fitting clothing, or morphs, something else? If it is clothing, does that mean I can finally fit (for example) Genesis 3 outfits to my fav Genesis 1 figures? Or only Charlotte 8 stuff is backwards compatible?</p>

<p>I can&#39;t think of what ELSE the description could be referring to, but I have a learning disability, so... yeah, double-checking stuff is good. Thanks in advance!</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I&#39;m sorry if my english is not so good, but I really need help for this trouble that I had after updating my Dazstudio from 4.9 to 4.10.</p>

<p>A couple of days before I update to 4.10, I&#39;m playing around with &quot;Wear Them All for Genesis 3 Female&quot; and I loved it for how many of V4 clothing can be perfectly fitted onto Genesis 3 Female and followed the G3F body when I morphed it. I even save it with subscene set after I fitted a V4 clothes (and morph the G3f body) and load it after that with no problem at all, I upload the same result when I saved it. The problem is shown after I update my DS to 4.10. After I load my saved model, the cloth that perfectly fit before is now shown like it&#39;s not fitted properly. Some part of the body is overlapping or clipping out of her clothes. Finally after I tweak here and there I found that some body morph is not affecting the clothes like before. These body morph in the right bottom panel with a red layered color with words it is &quot;breast size&quot;, &quot;voluptuous&quot;, &quot;Pear&quot;, and &quot;Heavy&quot; (perhaps there are others but that is for the mean time). I&#39;m sorry if I didn&#39;t explain it so well, I&#39;m really a beginner here.</p>

<p>At first I thought there might be an issue caused by other product like &quot;Mr. Hyde&quot; for Genesis that make all of Genesis figure that load up automatically appear in Hyde body morph. So I try to uninstall all product that I installed recently right after Wear Them All for G3F (like Undead Creature and Fantasy Creature, even Wear Them All for G3M and the expansion just to make sure that the problem is the installation after Wear tHem All G3F). But the problem is still there. The cloth still clipping, and bodysuit for V4 that perefectly fitted before is still overlap too.</p>

<p>I guess some morph content from &quot;Genesis 3 Female Body Morphs&quot; is not working after updating. Or maybe there&#39;s other explanation for why after DS update, some cloth didn&#39;t follow body morph just like befire update to 4.10. Or should I try to reinstall Genesis 3 Female Body Morphs?</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I don&#39;t know what else to do....</p>

<p>I had a working set up of DAZ 9.4 with an older 770GTX in an ASUS X99 Pro. 5820k with 28 PCI lanes and an 850 evo SSD.&nbsp;&nbsp;I recently did some upgrades, going to an 960 Evom.2 on the board&#39;s slot and installed a 1080ti and went to daz 10.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Before the upgrade, I could render with both GPU and CPU no problem. Now, daz recognizes the 1080ti but wont render with the 1080ti, even if I uncheck CPU. It&#39;s not a memory issue as I loaded a base naked model and still, it only renders on CPU.</p>

<p>Its an ASUS Strix and installed the drivers that came with the bundle which were reelased in May 2017.</p>

<p>I also get an Illegal_Instruction in module C:/windows/system32\nvptxjitcompiler.dll. after a fresh install of&nbsp; DAZ 10 and can&#39;t open the program. being adventerous, I go and delete that file, fire up DAZ 10 and try and render and same thing CPU only.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I&#39;ve gone through 4 times into the registry and manually taken out all associated DAZ files exluding my libraries.</p>

<p>The manual says slots 1 and 4 are X16 and I tried both of them - no go. I even tried the other 2&nbsp; &quot;8x slots&quot; - still, the same thing. Daz see it but doesnt render. I cant figure out if it some conflict with lanes or maybe how the BIOS is configured or if daz 10 is too new or if 1080ti is too new...gah!</p>

<p>Next thing is to try old drivers but nonetheless this has been aggravating. Has anyone else had any experience with a similar situation and can provide technical guidance? I am at my wirts end, having a nice system for rendering that doesn&#39;t work - and I know it should because others on this forum run 1080ti&#39;s..</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>So I&#39;m attempting to make an outfit into a DForce compatible one. I&#39;m following Mada&#39;s DForce Weightmaps Tutorial and I&#39;m stuck at the point where you add a DForce weightmap and make a map out of an unused one. Every tutorial I&#39;m finding, when you have the dForce Modifier Weight node selected, it allows you to click on the drop down meny for unused maps, but mine remains grayed out and won&#39;t allow me to do anything, so I end up unable to go further. I&#39;m using the exact outfit that Mada has used in her tutorial, so it isn&#39;t a matter of the outfit being the problem. I have all of the same settings in place that she does. I&#39;ve gone back over the tutorial at least twenty times to see if I&#39;m missing something. I sincerely hope that someone has an idea why this isn&#39;t working and that I&#39;m hopefully just overlooking something super simple because of being tired.</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;ve got several questions, maybe someone has answers, or maybe they&#39;ll light a bulb over someone&#39;s head.</p>

<p>1. One of the annoying things I&#39;ve noticed is that clothing that follows the figure underneath seems to have no &#39;zoning&#39; - cloth on a pants leg, for instance, will try to blob out and cover the character&#39;s hand if it is resting on the thigh, because it&#39;s being told to follow the whole figure, not its body parts. Is there a way to stop this, other than moving the hand so it&#39;s not quite in the &#39;influence zone?&#39;</p>

<p>2. Grafted anatomy or conformed inner layers of clothing don&#39;t appear to be included, nor do I see where they can be included, when defining the figure that the outer clothing should follow. So intimate bits poke through, underwear pokes through, a tee-shirt under a dress shirt ... pokes through. Is there a way to select multiple items for an article to follow? Can I select a pair of pants and tell them to follow <em>G3M+Li&#39;lG3M+socks</em> ?</p>

<p>3. Is it possible to build a figure with its &#39;inner articles&#39; - body, gens, underwear, etc. - and create a shell that outer clothing can follow? Conform a dress to the shell, and the shell mimics the outer surface of G3F, her gens and her underwear?</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>This is a Rendo&nbsp;product made by 2nd World (don&#39;t know if I&#39;m allowed to link to it, so I won&#39;t). Other 2nd World products I&#39;ve bought have been very high quality, so either this one is an exception or I&#39;m doing something wrong.</p>

<p>It&#39;s a big-city scene&nbsp;meant to load in sections: Ground Plane, Center Zone, East Zone, etc., but when I add a zone to the ground plane it comes out horribly jumbled. None of the zones land where they&nbsp;should, or in the proper orientation, and some have buildings superimposed on each other.&nbsp;The set is so huge and complex it&#39;s hard to figure out where even one zone&nbsp;belongs, or how to sort out the jumble,. Beyond my jigsaw skills and/or patience, anyway.</p>

<p>A couple of months ago I asked this same question on Rendo&#39;s DAZ Users forum, but no one has replied and it doesn&#39;t seem anyone&nbsp;will. I&#39;m guessing I&#39;m not the only&nbsp;DAZ user who&#39;s&nbsp;bought this set, and hoping that somebody,&nbsp;somewhere, has figured out how to make it work in DS. If so, I would like to know what the trick is.</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>This has been a problem since I updated with 4.10. The renders in the Viewport are failing quite often with the following error. I can push the Render button and the Render works fine in the window that pops up. However, I have to quit Daz and restart in order for the Viewport to work again. It was working fine until the past few days.</p>

<p>I also have an occasional hiccup that happens where the Figures arms will jump out of position and end up through their body. This is without doing anything. I&#39;ll just be looking at the screen and poof, there the arms go. I can&#39;t Undo this. I have to reload the Scene (or re-position):</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;m having trouble working out what to do here because I&#39;m a bit thick.&nbsp; I&#39;m making animation loops and I can&#39;t work out is how to correctly do it.&nbsp; I dot the pose in pupetteer at frame 0 and apply that pose at frame 100.&nbsp; But this means my character will be in this position for 2 frames, which will surely gives me a tiny, almost imperciptible delay between the end and start positions.&nbsp; I suppose what I want is for frame 75 to interpolate to frame 0.&nbsp; How can I do this?&nbsp; Just removing the keyframe at frame 100 results in the animation stopping from 75 onwards (the previous key) until it gets back to 0.</p>

<p>Can somebody advise me on this&nbsp;please?</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;m having problems importing character morphs and textures for genesis 2,3,and 8 figures found on renderosity. The files are in DSON and have been put into the correct runtime folders as instructed by the readme. I can see the files when I view them outside of DAZ but when I try to apply the morphs it shows the folder as being empty. Only the basic figure was supposed to be needed for the morphs to work but DAZ isn&#39;t reading the files. Has anyone else had this type of prolem or know what I may be doing wrong? Any help would be great.</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry I couldn&#39;t provide more information on the title, but I&#39;ve been having weird issues loading figures into DS. Any new figure that I&#39;ve previously updated the geometry on will persist on subsequent loads&nbsp;until I start a new project.</p>

<p>Is this the intended behavior of the Update Base Geometry function? That it updates for the all present and future&nbsp;loads of that figure?</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>To reproduce:</p>

<p>- Load G3F or equivalent figure, set base resolution</p>

<p>- Dial a morph in, export as OBJ</p>

<p>- Update the base geometry with the OBJ</p>

<p>- Delete the figure, and load G3F again -- the new one will still have the updated base geometry instead of being a fresh copy.</p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;m having a bit of a weird issue with some of the Genesis 8 characters. When I select a piece (like a hand) and move it to pose the figure via IK, the entire figure &quot;jumps&quot; upwards, about 10cm to scale. It doesn&#39;t happen when I rotate or pose using powerpose. It happens every time I try to move it, so it just keep going upwads, making it extremely hard to pose. I can of course move the figure down after posing, but that&#39;s not very efficient. Zeroing pose or figure snaps it back to the ground plane, but it starts jumping upwards as soon as I select a part and try to move it.</p>

<p>As I mentioned, it only happens for some of the G8 chars, which makes it even weirder. From my collection so far:</p>

<p>I have been using DAZ with Vx for years, without this issue. I went back and checked some V7 characters, and could find none that had this behaviour, so it doesn&#39;t seem to be a general error introduced when I upgraded to DAZ 4.10.</p>
