Is it just me? I made sure that the images I tried to upload were the correct size and shape. It wouldn't accept anything. Is this the same for everyone?

I just tried to purchase an item from the store and only have the option of paying by credit card when previously I've always payed with PayPal. Have things changed since the site upgrade or is this just a temporary bug?

Daz 3D Bridge to Photoshop problems

Sorry if this was answered already but according to the search function of this lovely new forum there were 0 results when I searched for "Photoshop", "3D" or "Bridge"... To make a long story short; when I am in Photoshop CS4 my arrange window pull down menu has no icons showing. I talked to several people and they quickly blamed my plugins, odd since I only have one plugin... Daz 3D Bridge to Photoshop. After removing it my menu's worked but now I have no Bridge. Has anyone found a fix for this?

As a temporary fall-back I am able to view my menus if I fire up a plugin first. Problem is that all of the plugins I have found thus far take way to long to load. Does any body know of a simple, free plugin that does not take long to load or eat up too many resources?

mac items and download attempts

Also it would be nice if you could list again if a product has never been downloaded yet.

Missing downloads and broken support page

Hi there, some help would be appreciated - when I logged in to buy the Supersuit just now I discovered that everything on my downloads page except that and the free Ultralight I got a week or so ago has completely vanished. I think I had downloaded everything but I'm not sure, so I want to double check. Then when I tried to submit a help request, I got taken to a broken page. I tried emailing the sales@daz3d.com address that was given in my order confirmation... only to get a message back that I "don't have access to this group". I'm starting to feel a little nervous at this point about paying any more money for anything if it might disappear, and I can't even get in touch with anyone!

The broken submit help request page looks like this (black text on white background):

I have windows 7 and I can not get the morphs ++ installed. I have tried on my c drive on my d drive in poser 7 in poser 8 in Daz 4. I have been told many different things to try, but they still don't work. Any help would be great :) ty

I know it is early days of the new store and forums, but my initial thoughts are:

Store: seems to be no obvious 'all products' link as there used to be
Store: 'remember me' be nice if it did ... what sort of expiry is on the session info?
Store: no obvious way to list PAs/vendors
Store: required products are ... just plain wrong? (MFD for Genesis Wonderland Expansion shows M4 Enhanced / Mina for M4 ... really?
Store: no way to exclude mac or pc downloads (I have seen elsewhere on the forums a possible reason for this - eventual unification of d/l item to shared zip file)
Store: no size information - even when downloading, so no clue if the d/l is actually complete as nothing to compare size to, and no idea of how long it may take.
Store: no last downloaded or last updated information.
Store: no easy way to search for a previously purchased item ... if my memory is a little off I really do not want to plough through 30+ pages (after I have set to 50 items per page, else it'd be 170+)
Store: looking at an order the listed items no longer have a link back to the product.

Forum: the breadcrumbs are very easy to overlook - charcoal grey on light grey
Forum: remember me ... sort of does, but still need to login to confirm when re-visiting.
Forum: does not 'honour' blank lines

On the whole, I lean toward the 'generally positive' view. The forums look good, so that is a positive!

dz3delight.dll access violation - DS 4.0.3.47 x64 please help

Please I need help, version 4.0.3.47 is crashing randomly while rendering and I can't get to the old zendesk support page. I have the crash dumps and I would like for someone to look at them.

It started with a scene crash because of normal maps and uberenvironment, the combination seemed to crash it. But now I have all sorts of weird stuff going on at different scenes. The same exact scene will sometimes begin to render and crash after a few blocks or never start rendering.

I keep getting access violations on dz3delight.dll. Function "Dz3DelightDll::DSlo_DetailtoStr". Offset "701239"

Alternatively is there any way for version 4.0.3.36 to open scenes saved with 4.0.3.47 ? because 36 always worked flawlessly, never crashed, ever. And 47 is making me waste hours and hours of the little time I have trying to figure out what is happening.

Gift cards seem to work differently to the old Gift Vouchers. I presume they are supposed to get mailed automatically only the one I bought today did not, at least not yet.

And the help desk system is a broken link!

Hi, is there a better way to contact Daz to submit requests for a return from the online store? The Online service request which I usually use, still delivers an error 404 and, well, I know there is a long weekend coming up for lots of folks, and would like to get my refund request in before that time. Any help would be appreciated.
