Initial thoughts ...

I know it is early days of the new store and forums, but my initial thoughts are:

Store: seems to be no obvious 'all products' link as there used to be
Store: 'remember me' be nice if it did ... what sort of expiry is on the session info?
Store: no obvious way to list PAs/vendors
Store: required products are ... just plain wrong? (MFD for Genesis Wonderland Expansion shows M4 Enhanced / Mina for M4 ... really?
Store: no way to exclude mac or pc downloads (I have seen elsewhere on the forums a possible reason for this - eventual unification of d/l item to shared zip file)
Store: no size information - even when downloading, so no clue if the d/l is actually complete as nothing to compare size to, and no idea of how long it may take.
Store: no last downloaded or last updated information.
Store: no easy way to search for a previously purchased item ... if my memory is a little off I really do not want to plough through 30+ pages (after I have set to 50 items per page, else it'd be 170+)
Store: looking at an order the listed items no longer have a link back to the product.

Forum: the breadcrumbs are very easy to overlook - charcoal grey on light grey
Forum: remember me ... sort of does, but still need to login to confirm when re-visiting.
Forum: does not 'honour' blank lines

On the whole, I lean toward the 'generally positive' view. The forums look good, so that is a positive!

dz3delight.dll access violation - DS 4.0.3.47 x64 please help

Please I need help, version 4.0.3.47 is crashing randomly while rendering and I can't get to the old zendesk support page. I have the crash dumps and I would like for someone to look at them.

It started with a scene crash because of normal maps and uberenvironment, the combination seemed to crash it. But now I have all sorts of weird stuff going on at different scenes. The same exact scene will sometimes begin to render and crash after a few blocks or never start rendering.

I keep getting access violations on dz3delight.dll. Function "Dz3DelightDll::DSlo_DetailtoStr". Offset "701239"

Alternatively is there any way for version 4.0.3.36 to open scenes saved with 4.0.3.47 ? because 36 always worked flawlessly, never crashed, ever. And 47 is making me waste hours and hours of the little time I have trying to figure out what is happening.

Gift cards seem to work differently to the old Gift Vouchers. I presume they are supposed to get mailed automatically only the one I bought today did not, at least not yet.

And the help desk system is a broken link!

Returning stuff

Hi, is there a better way to contact Daz to submit requests for a return from the online store? The Online service request which I usually use, still delivers an error 404 and, well, I know there is a long weekend coming up for lots of folks, and would like to get my refund request in before that time. Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered a few days again and paid via PayPal. Till today i wait that my order is processed and there is no possibility to contact the sales departement via email!
