Half-sisters Noor and Aviv were born in Haifa, where a mixed population of Arabs and Jews lives and works and sometimes even loves. They were separated by ethnic conflict. Noor grew up in a refugee camp in Gaza, Aviv in Netanya, in Israel. Each trained as a pilot, unaware the other was doing the same. Both were astonished to be reunited on the Third Degree team. Hijinks ensue.
