Description

n21 Party Avenue is a very detailed building partially inspired by Antoni Gaudì's Casa Batllò in Barcelona that I present to you in Poser/Daz Studio prop and Carrara object formats.

It is composed of 3 complete buildings (1 with no shutters, 1 with open shutters and 1 with closed shutters) and 19 props that can be individually loaded or shown/hidden from pre-built sets to have a custom look and the desired level of detail. Carefully textured with light color tones, detailed color and bump maps and 2 different texture sets for the wall (White tone and Yellow tone), this is the perfect set for every story and every render, even for extreme closeups.

As a final personal note, to make very clear what's included and what's the real aspect of this product, the promo renders come straight from the software with no artistic work on it, no other content used and no post-work except the addition of the text line and software logos.

Additional Information

Notes	DAZ Studio Users: There is no longer a separate DAZ Studio installer for these Presets. DAZ Studio will automatically apply the DAZ Studio version of the Material Presets, giving you the correct DAZ Studio look to n21 Party Avenue.
