I called support this morning. Joanie had me reset my downloads which I did. I don’t know if I got anything new, but the serial number still did not show up in my account. She emailed me a serial number, but I haven’t tried it yet. I told her that I knew of at least 2 other people having the same problem of no serial number and also suggested that she tell whoever packaged this that they needed to re-do it.
ETA: Now I see I got an email this afternoon from Britney with yet another different serial number.
