I dont recognize the head, but the hair its “wearing” i think is this:  http://www.daz3d.com/shop/mutant-hair.

I think the head may be M3 with a very old freebie texture on it.  It does look familiar

I believe it’s Rawn’s BioBorg for M3 (I used it for some Tharok tests a while back), but I don’t think it’s available anymore.
