There used to be a menu option:

File -> Save As -> Support Asset -> DSF Morph File

Now there is not.  Is it renamed or removed?  This let me save a single morph applied, so that it came in with the default base Genesis next time I loaded.

DS 4.5 uses the new DUF format for most things.  Try Support Asset > Morph Asset(s)
