And it looks like I may actually have time to render my little heart out soon. I just got notice that my contract is wrapping up (I informed my manager that I’m comfortable with my work on the project, and they have nothing more for me to do, so they decided it was time to cut me loose.)
So…, got he resume updated and sent off to my “agent” (she finds me work and gets a cut; that’s pretty much the definition of an agent, nicht wahr?), and soon it’s off to…. I have no clue where I’ll be going next. I do know where I won’t be going: Los Angeles. God, I hate that city!
So I may actually get my current render done pretty soon. Oh, and speaking of which, one of the items I drew was Sultry Ladies for V3/S3/A3, but I couldn’t find it in any of my runtimes. So I reset the download link and retrieved it. (It came in as one of those ‘IM0000xxxx’ zip archives.) Unfortunately, when I tried to install it, it threw all kinds of errors; corrupted?. So…, I pulled an alternative, and this is what I got:

Blue period? I was thinking of a purple period. Damn bird! maybe I’ll give it a new look with Fabricator or better yet Gemologica. And then I have Aiko to deal with. Maybe a portal to “toontown” will open.

Ken, we know you’re really weird and expect nothing less from your pulls than maximum weirdness, with or without drugs, martinis, etc. And now that you have some time off, we expect lots of (really weird) renders from you.

Where did the idea come from? I was grumbling to myself because I pulled Aiko and I don’t like cartoon stuff. Then as I was creating her from morphing V4, I thought, “Whew, this is weird! V4 is beautiful and Aiko, hmmm. Must have had an ugly father.” Pinocchio came to mind and Who Framed Roger Rabbit (a favorite movie of mine), and the Alien movies.
