well, i thought i would Let you know Ive solved it !!!
everything is where it should be and Seems to work touch wood.

clean the computer with advanced System care.

after the 3rd time Installation , , After each new add-on like victoria ect morphs, victoria 5 ext ..
plugins characters, I initalized them by starting DAZ Studio Updating DAZ then save Exit then I installed the next item
ect ect..
the other thing i found was Deactivate Windows FireWall antivirus software that may of make some little problem.

I made sure all in recomended Settings Bitrock-Installer paths,
Accepting everything to My Libruary as final destination ..program goes into
it worked!

I had the PROBLEM WITH “Genesis Starter Essentuals Pack”

how i don’t know ?  checked to see if DAZ was ok between Installing after Victoria 5 ........ Installed the freebee

“Genesis Starter Essentuals Pack

I got the message : [color=yellow][color=green] no importer for the file format can be found[/color][/color]everything I mean EVERYTHING went wrong
little pictures Icons of items in the Menue all orange or missing in action! !!!! nothing worked!!

it’s taken me 3 Installations
so i Installed all over again, this time without genesisi starter pack
everything is fine

It is called Genesis Starter Essentials because it is Essential for all genesis items to work. It comes With DS4.5 so it should be the VERY first thing installed after DS4.5. The steps are Install DS4.5 then the Genesis Starter Essentials then any other files. I thought that the fact it comes with the DS4.5 Install package automatically made it clear that it was part of the default installs. I am sorry that I assumed other users knew that.

i hope you can answer a few questions i have Supersuit

everything is working now,  i’m very happy about that
i have just got the package supersuit
learning how to use it,
zip files in winRar
i’m not sure what settings to use when installing unzip files,
it gives different options.
i have used the BitRock installer for installation of the supersuit
but there are two other Zip Files which it says i can use.
but i don’t want to make any mistake installing them. there is no documentation showing me where to install them,
but in WinRaR there are some options:  extract and replace files. extract and update files
not sure which box to tick
can you help ?

Just “Extract” to the same folder your are in and then Look inside the unzipped folder to see the directory setup. That will give you a clue to where to put them. Then Copy and Paste to where you want them.

1 ) they are jpeg files
look like mats drawings of facemask skins

2) looks like mesh, drawings mats like wire frame covering mats
skins

nothing to say where they go

i have the genisis suit, loaded, nice colures, on the figure,
but the other things don’t want to load.
i wonder how to get the assets, clothing, or textures to load,
and the nice designs on clothings, or colures, for clothing, they said in the product info, there would be sliders
depicting the different colures to change on the figure, but i can’t find them.
like cyborg, the picture in the Libruay, it say load it.. but i’t won’t load.
any ideas ?

Can’t you match up the names of the folders inside the unzipped file to your content folders? Are they that different from your content filing system?

As for your last question I am sorry but I don’t have the Supersuit so I cannot help. Hopefully someone who has the Supersuit can advise.

Were the other Supersuit downloads (zip files) purchased from the store, or downloaded from the products page in the (Additional Resources) section ?

Normally you can download a UV Mapping Template, which is a “Wire-frame” template to allow you to create your own texture maps for the clothing in an image editor like Photoshop, Paint-shop pro etc..

those templates are normally supplied in a Zip file.

For unzipping Content using Win-Rar..

Right click on the zip file,.. and choose ( Extract files…)
In the browser window which opens up,. Navigate to your Daz studio library folder..
something like C:\Users\Your_name_\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library.
click OK

if any files from the zip archive already exist in the folders they’re being extracted to,. you’ll be asked what you want to do.

What you do, depends on the files which already exist. (winRar will show you the file name)
they may already exist because you’ve already installed the product,.. or it could be something as simple as a “read_me” document with the same name.

3DAGE thanks the templates didn’t even come to mind. I use 7-Zip only and never used WInRar

* Render libruary, Message says: there are no Pictures
* I can clearly see an Icon Representations of the pictures I have made

Ok are you rendering to a new window? As you have set the render size then I have no idea how or why you are getting a small image. The only thing I can think of is that you are trying to open a Icon for a saved scene which is not the rendered image.
Are you saving the rendered images (see image 2)?  No point in using different rendering modes, that will not fix your problem. Have you gone in to the Render Library folder itself on your Hard Drive to see if the full image is there? If not try it and open your image from there.

What is the actual name of the presets that will not work, complete with the file extension please. If no file extensions are visible hit F2 > Content Library and Check “Show File Extensions” and hit Accept.

From mal

Now that I know what the zip files are then you can put them anywhere you want. These Zip files for Supersuit are Uvmap Templates. Don’t know what an UVmap is then google is your friend. If you intend to retexture the supersuit then yes you would need these templates but for now I can’t see you getting close to even doing that right know. I am not been mean just speaking plainly so don’t waste time with something you may not need at the point.

Genesis Supersuit i Learned something today..
Because i did not use Surface Selection!
Smart menue knows where to Go, ie Supersuit, then smart menue shows
options for Clothing (smart content select )  i select “Supersuit.dsf” first
then any of the colures and Items , cloths it works
But there is a lot more to it, than simply selecting an iten.
Not as Easy as it looks!
Navigation tool / surface select thank you for your push in the Right Dirrection!!!
i like very much Straight talking .. it helps me more solves the problem.

Using Fraps it’s perfect for taking a picture
