Ohhh, hey—RawArt, if you could do a bunch of Geo-grafted add-ons, from lizard to devil tails, horns, tentacles, and whatnot, I promise I will love you to pieces and buy them.
I spent my Sunday trying to rig an abomination of Millennium Subdragon tail with Genesis skin patch, and the results I got were… interesting, to say the least. What I need is a good, BIG SWISHY TAIL (shrink default MilSubdragon down to 50% and then park it in alignment with Genesis to get an idea of what I was trying to do), and I still suck at rigging things.
I got the geo-graft more or less working. With… couple of snags I couldn’t foresee, and went buhwhat. Figured I can fix them with nice use of scaling tools (tail suddenly spread along X-axis as I applied it to Reptilian-Genesis; it is much broader and stronger in built, so of course it decided to slap it on to tail which wasn’t strictly MERGED with the buttskin, just… kinda there, via “merge groups” of .obj export in Hexagon). But rigging? Oh good lord, RIGGING. Even if I had the kickass tutorial from Blondie, I screwed up the weightmaps something fierce, gave up and decided to try some other time when my brain is not so cooked. Mind—I did get it working, KINDA, which is amazing for a newb like me. Just that the bends sucked like there was no tomorrow.
