This is getting funny ...
I just bought some things, didn’t get a mail confirmation, didn’t get files in my downloads and when resetting through my itemized order history being transferred to my downloads and no files being there.
At least no new files. As I reset quite many updated things, my downloadable products is showing 610 items. Old items ...

It’s a common issue then… I have the same problem. Send a support ticket to marketing. I did.

Richard (Admin) has also passed on that there is an issue with downloads I believe.

Yes, it has been verified as an issue and flagged up

Ahh, recently-ish (an hours ago?) raised a report about resets not functioning for a couple of items - maybe it is more widespread?

three hours ago I started having this issue.

I just placed an order and had the same thing happen. Nothing showed up in my downloads. I guess I’ll turn in a website ticket.

DAZ has been made aware of the problem which is effecting us as well.

Sounds good. I’m not terribly worried as I’m about to go to a work meeting anyway.

Count me in right now. Seems to happen to virtually everyone…

My ticket was just closed as solved and my downloads are available now. Though I have to jump through hoops to get to them because clicking my account pulls up a magento error page. Luckily I can sneak in by going to my wishlist first.

My downloads have now appeared in my account so keep checking they should be arriving.

Mine appeared too ( I did sent a support ticket btw )

Downloads are OK, but still don’t get an E-mail for my bought stuff.

No biggie realy, as long as i can download them , me happy .

Also forum notifications are a bit wonky.
