2 Monitors... viewports?

Hi all,

I just picked up a second monitor (finally), and I'm wondering... How do I place a second viewport onto another monitor? I know I can drag tabs onto my desktop, but I want an entire viewport.

Thanks.

You can't, though you can use one monitor solely for viewports and split the viewport down via the Window>Viewports menu.

Well that sucks. Thanks for the reply though.

Well you kind of can, just select the side by side view under Window > Viewports, click the restore down button so it's no longer full screen and then drag the window size to fit both screens. That way you get a different view on each screen :)
