Is there any way that doesn’t set of some sort of security Log Out and/or give you carpel tunnel syndrome to reset your wish list?

Mine is too big, with too much “Maybe” stuff, and I’d like to clear it out and start over, but it’s taking forever, and occasionally I’ll get logged out in the middle of it.
