I can no longer access the Members only forum or see any PC prices in the shop.

This was fine yesterday, and my membership doesn’t expire until February 2013.

Have sent a ticket to help desk, but I am annoyed that this hasn’t been sorted yet, as I know others have had this problem.

Did you just get a refund for something ? this is what tends to set this problem off.  CS will deal with it, once the Office opens again on Monday, but they are under a lot of pressure at the moment.

Maybe the little green alien likes to steal statuses when he has to do the returning money trip. This seems to be a common issue lately.
