I download some free textures for Bryce 7 pro, and would like to know where can I install or put the files in bryce

What do you mean with textures? Textures or Materials? They belong in their respective folders (Textures, Materials) under the “Presets” folder, which is below the main folder where Bryce has been installed. You can create sub-folders in them (e.g. Bruno) and copy the files in that folder. Next time you open Bryce, you will find them there.
