So currently there is no work around for this

What version of DS 4.5 are uyou using?  Go to Help > About DAZ Studio and it will tell you.

If you are using 4.5.0.114, then you it looks like you will need to upgrade to the latest Beta version 4.5.0.137 according to what I read in the thread I linked to.
