Digital Art Zone

I just downloaded and installed the bree bryce to my new laptop.  When I tried to open the program I got this error reading…

c:\\programfiles(x86)\daz3d\bryce7\bryce.exe

the app has failed to start because its side-by-side config is incorrect.  please see the app event log or use the command=line sxstrace tool…

Any infor would be appreciated.  I had this program on my old laptop with windows7.
