If I catch it in time, draining and cleaning with hydrogen peroxide will fix them, if not, it is a costly visit to the vet and lots of struggling with the pill popper device designed to drop the antibiotic pill past the corner of the back of the tongue, easier said than done.

Your probably correct, I was in more pain and on more meds than I thought. Cecile was not happy when I woke up just a bit ago. It seems I acted very childish and did not want him to mess with my back last night, I don’t recall being a butt head about it. He just changed the bandage, said it looks much much better. My temp is still up just a bit, just a point or so. It’s still his call if I will have to go see Dr. Allon tomorrow or not, I’m hoping not.
