Hi folks,

I just came across a post that dealt with a “defective” product and the solution was to reset and re-download, since a new version had been put up.

My question: how do I find out that a new version is available ?  It’s easy enough, if I have run into the same issue (as in the case of the other post), but I would have thought that everyone who has purchased a product gets a notification, when a new version is available (sort of like a product recall in the automobile industry).

Good question. There used to be update pages for all the products but it appears they no longer exist. My question is, “Why?”
