When a DLL fails to load, in the About Installed Plugins usually says :
Reason: Library could not be loaded. File is not a valid DAZ Studio plug-in, or was made for a different version of DAZ Studio.
Did you ‘buy’ DS4.5 through the store, or did you go to the download from the Home page?
The main installer contains all of the correct plugins for the version that it is installing. It sounds as if you have the wrong version of the render plugins in your Plugins folder. Did you ever have DS4 installed before, and if so, did you allow the new installer to uninstall the old version?
I cannot figure out why this is happening, but there is something wrong with the two plugin DLLs. I can’t see how it would be a corrupted download that just corrupted the two 3Delight plugins?
Can you look in Program Files > DAZ 3D > DAZStudio4 > Plugins, and see if the date for the dzdelightrenderer.dll is the same as the rest of the plugins in that folder?
XPost Dave - sorry - took me forever to type that
